We stayed at hotel Trattlerhoff, as a family, for a week in August. We had a great week. The hotel staff, and the family, were very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent, a very wide choice for breakfast with everything you could want. Dinner was five course, again first class good and good choice - no danger of leaving... More

This is a wonderful hotel. It is comfortable, the rooms are spacious and the food is excellent. But what makes it better than most is its staff. I travel a great deal and very rarely have I come across such friendly hotel employees - everyone from the receptionists to the waiters in the restaurant were just great. Plus we got... More

The hotel is located at the outskirts of Bad Kleinkirchheim. Rooms are very nice, mostly quiet, and reasonably roomy. The food is more than excellent. I have hardly ever had such good meals in any hotel. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel offers a wide range of activities (pony riding for children, horse riding for adults, fishing,... More

We (two Italian couples) stayed here from Friday to Sunday last weekend. This hotel is family-run, cozy and clean, with an excellent breakfast. The owner is a wonderful woman, helpful, friendly and professional, and the staff in general is courteous and efficient. We appreciated all of the help the owner gave us (for hikes and spas), as well as the... More

having booked a "romantic getaway" package we were coming with big hopes. The room was very nice though pretty cold. The first disappointment was at dinner, when the waiter questioned our beverage choices and kept being rather rude than courteous. After a good night sleep we were looking forward to breakfast and were again disappointed. The selection of cheese and... More

Having frequented BKK for almost 20 yrs I have stayed at a number of hotels. I have seen very good to not so good. Trattlerhof is at the top. The hotel is well maintained, the staff and owners are so friendly, one would think they are family. The rooms are well laid out and their green policy is very encouraging.... More

Highly recommended for a summer getaway. There were ample opportunities to get outdoors, try something new and adventure. The hotel can provide you with a Kartencard which makes many of the cable cars and tourist attractions free or discounted and saved us a lot of money. They also have a range of facilities which you can try the first time... More

We stayed at this hotel for 10 days in August and enjoyed it very much. The staff were friendly and helpful. "Girl Friday" deserves a special mention for helping us. The food was good, room comfortable, leisure facilities excellent. Convenient location for walking paths and catching the bus. A good experience all round.
