The service is horrible, you will spend toooooo much time waiting and waiting, even when the restaurant has no clients but is full of waiters. Never go there. The price does not help at all, expensive, and really poor service.

Avoid this place... Very unpleasant experience with the women behind the front desk..just a nasty person in the wrong business. Asking for toilet paper or changing towels must insult her entire being. Never had this experience when paying $60 a room. No chairs to sit on at the beach and must rent from the hotels next to it. My view...

Saikaew Villa is on Sai Kaew Beach (Silver Sand Beach) which is the largest and most popular beach on Koh Samet. The hotel sits back from the beach and is fronted by a restaurant, in front of which are deck chairs on the beach. It is centrally located on Sai Kaew Beach, so is a great place to relax, enjoy...

The food in the resteraunt was pretty basic thai food, when we walked into the resteraunt which is perfectly placed at the beach we immediately heard the karoake and we were not impressed. We even were thinking to go somewhere else, after the food we had some fun with the karaoke; requesting a lot of songs and clapping our hands...

Disastrous, its a building site, very dangerous & starts construction right outside your bedroom at 7am, they don't care. Nothing positive here, best sleep on the beach. Breakfast was inedible, was included but best to go elsewhere & pay. Staff don't want customers, would have to actually work then. Made some mistakes before, this was one of the worst. Might...

When you book a deluxe room 2 months in advance you kinda think you would get one. 26€ a night what I got was a fan room without a fridge or tv. Room was dirty and even the curtains were on the floor with the curtain rod. When you contact the manager he says all good rooms are taken by...

About the only good thing about this place is the proximity to the beach, not a smile or a welcome from any staff member on arrival or throughout our stay, our room was not that old but they had used all secong hand materials including the bed, (shower was hanging off the wall, toilet would not stop running, power point...

Good points: Close to the beach. Many rooms to choose from. Breakfast included. 3 entrance/exit points for easy access to beach &/or main street. Points of improvement: Room quality consistency. Water supply is better in some rooms than others. Different cable TV in the 2 rooms we had. Audio on the service provider would mute. It's one of the bigger...

We got "deluxe room" it was the oldest part of the hotel. Room was dark, dirty and stank really badly. Hotel manager just raised his hands and gave explanation that there is a stinky river behind our window. If you are European, you will be put in to these horrid rooms. Girl from reception told us that the good rooms...

We paid quite high price for three nights stay for three people. The room we were shown by the travel agents was definitely not the room we were given! It was supposed to be one double bed and a sofa bed in the room. On arrival the staff in reception were unwelcoming and abrupt, our room was dirty and smelly...
