Over the years, stayed in half a dozen resorts on Ko Samet. On reflection, this has been the best. Great location on the beach, Good range of rooms and bungalows, all good (you get what you pay for). Nice restaurant. Attentive service from the staff. Recommended, and will revisit.

Came here from smaller resort from southern part of the island, and found the place well keptand nice. We loved the garden with all the flowers and trees and nicely paved paths, loved the dogs and the sea. Breakfast was really good and so is the atmosphere of the whole place. We actually saw hornbill couple twic in the garden!...

There is a big gap on Ko Samet between the shabby and the chic, Having stayed in several locations on the island I have found that spending a few extra bucks here is worth it. The Samet Villa is a beautiful property with a lovely beach area. It is in a great location (which matters on Ko Samet.) Staff Were...

Booked last Feb to stay here from 9th Jan for 3 nights . We went for my Birthday and were emailed by my hubbie to say about my birthday twice but nothing different was done . Not the resorts fault but the sea was so rough we had to go to a port , pay at the port for upkeep...

Samed Villas are a cute 3 star place, but they could be so much better. Rooms would need new curtains that would make it better and the plastic chairs should have mattresses. Wifi worked very badly. Breakfast was good and the food in the restaurant ok. The pity on this island is the speedboats that come and go all the...

We stayed here for 11 days and it is a nice resort, close to the beach and with nice and friendly staff. The bungalow were clean and had a nice veranda where we spent hours just watching the sea. The beach is just average, a lot of plastic sunchairs placed close to each other. But if you walk just 150...

Very good service and polite staffs. Check in and check out was smooth (didn't require deposit). Variety of choices for breakfast with mix of Thai and international. Really peaceful resort premise, pretty clean bedroom and bathroom. Everything is perfect except wifi in room (we stayed in zone B). We had local SIM card but dtac didn't work well on the...

I believe the people at the bottom try the hardest to make your stay nice. The beach people, the gardeners, and the bar people seem to try really the most. The restaurant, the front desk and higher ups can't be bothered.I enjoyed myself and my room and the garden. The food was ok. I stuck to salad, fruit, yogurt, bran, eggs, toast and jam in the morning. That was...

A superb location with numerous beachside retaurants. There are a variety of rooms available but the cheapest are of a very low standard. There is no hot water in the shower/toilet which is a wet room where shower water runs past the toilet to the drain which is not ideal. The grounds were clean and tidy.

Loved everything about it...hospitality, friendliness, attention to details, competency of all staff and management, location, food, pricing, cleanliness. I have been coming here for over 20 years, with a break of at least 16 years and have been amazed on how this former back packer bungalow style accommodation has evolved into a fantastic holiday resort. Loved every minute there and...
