This place has nothing to do with a hotel . No one on the front desk from 2pm to 6pm because they went for a nap , we were told . Light were turned off at 10pm in the lobby and common areas . No wifi connection on the rooms and to get the connection in the lobby you have...

From the time of booking I had a number of questions which Joel answered fully and with great patience and kindness. He met us and welcomed us warmly at the airport and having loaded our cases drove us to the hotel. As my 80 year old mother is rather incapacitated he took my request of a ground floor room into...

Stayed here for 4 nights. It was ok but not great. Not helped by the frosty, even tyrannical manageress who charges €25 to use the hotel wifi and appears to tolerate guests as a tedious by-product of having to run a hotel. Also had a run in with the cleaning lady who had clearly not cleaned the toilet from the...

Hotel is very much up to date.... Planing to stay there would be a holiday very well spend. I've been there on a short stay thought.. Surely I'm planing ahead to come back and with more friends.... Keep it up... Room is very quiet... Even its near to the main road, but everything is super... Dinning is so super.. Farella,...

Beautiful house and rooms! I had been there in 2013. Very nice and friendly staff. This time mixed experiences with the personal. Ridiculous: They charge you 25 € for WiFi (dear boss, we are in the year 2016 and no more in the 20th century!!!). Next trap: Make sure you have changed money to pay cash. They do not allow...

It is very close to all major things, has spacious rooms and the view from the room is great too! But they charge you for literally everything, even the little packets of coffee, sugar etc.. The breakfast was horrendous- the juice tasted like sugar water with flavoring and the portions were as stingy as it could get! Mostly just fruits,...

Good location at the edge of Grand Anse, 6 mins walk to center (shops), 1 min to Island Pizzeria, bus stop in front of the hotel. Nice colonial building (I like such) right on the beach. Silent area, nice to walk on the beach in low tide.We had a great view from the upper floor (room 18), toward the ocean...

The beachfront location, facing the sunset and Cousin/Cousine islands, is stunning. Sadly the beds are horribly uncomfortable, not helped by mattress being upside down with the springs sticking into me until I turned the mattress over. That made it less uncomfortable rather than comfortable. The food in the restaurant is surprisingly tasteless and we finished Christmas dinner feeling quite hungry...

The staff is friendly, the rooms are big and the sunset view you get from the balcony is awesome. Unfortunately, the positive points end here, as there are a lot to improve. First of all, the avarice: you are charged for everything. As the checkout time is 10am and my boat to Mahé would leave only at 3pm, I've paid...

My husband and I spent the most amazing holiday here! Upon arrival, we felt immediately at home, greeted by the friendly receptionist and the General manager.
