Geraldine and Eugene gave our family of 4 a warm and friendly welcome to their excellent guest house. Everything about our stay was excellent . My two boys particularly recommend the home made scones.

Fabulous tour of Heaney's haunts which commenced with cream scones and tea in Geraldine and Eugene's gorgeous dining room. This is an experience not to be missed. If you have ever read a poem by the famous Nobel laureate, Seamus Heaney and want to learn more, you will not be disappointed. Eugene will show you where he grew up and...

We recently spent an excellent few days here. The friendliness of the hosts, the wonderful breakfasts and the comfortable rooms are the key points to any enjoyable stay and Laurel Villa passes with flying colours! Keep up the good work and we look forward to returning sometime soon.

The warmest part of our stay however was the welcome given by the owners Eugene and Gerardine Kielt, who effortlessly extend their Irish hospitality. We stayed for one evening in the spacious Heaney room. Laurel Villa pays homage to Irish Poets, including Michael Langley from...
