Room was clean and had most of what you would expect in a hotel room... TV, kettle tea/coffee. Staff were friendly and efficient - you are expected to pay upfront for the room. Breakfast and other meals can be taken on site but we chose to visit the Wookey Hole Inn (which was delicious). Bed a little hard for my... More

We were the first ones to stay in lodge 7 in whitsun half term. We had a lovely stay and found the premier lodge to be very comfortable and spacious. Please note that the superior lodge here is the smaller one and the premier is the better one. We found this confusing. Where the lodges are is lovely. The views... More

We visited in March on a spur of the moment short break for our eldest daughter to unwind before a new school term and we loved it. Being so close to Wookey hole and in such a beautiful part of the country was wonderful and we would highly recommend it to anyone. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars... More

What an amazing place this is. The rooms are large and airy and the staff incredibly helpful and very welcoming. Food allergy sufferers are safe here as they serve gluten-free sausages and bread and have soya milk Etc. Etc. The view from our room was excellent and the hotel, although primarily for families was surprisingly quiet .This is a really... More

The rooms in the hotel were perfect, and the location great for visiting the local area. Really great value hotel (although food perhaps slightly expensive). Wookey hole caves itself definitely worth a visit.
