The reception staff were professional and inviting. We paid extra to be in the Witches hat overnight. The building looked great from the outside. The kids were really excited when they saw it from the outside and admittedly so were we. We checked in and the kids rushed towards the end of the corridor towards door 29. Admittedly, I did...

We booked into this hotel as a family of four looking for somewhere local to our sons county football match the following morning to save an early start from home. This was the cheapest booking so we were thrilled to pull up to the entrance of the Wookey Hole caves attraction and our hotel was next door. The hotels witches...

The hotel itself is perfectly adequate and functional however the customer service at breakfast was what can only be described as a surly experience. The gentleman this review relates to was a tall stocky not much hair chap, I walked past the reception desk where this member of staff was sitting to the breakfast area where there was a board...

Beautiful room with lovely decor Fully equipped and immaculate room. Beautiful breakfast and easy parking. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. The rooms overlooked a beautiful scenery. The bistro was okay and better than the pub in the village which was very expensive.
