Book this hotel and make sure you dine in the restaurant! First class establishment. Rooms good, fluffiest towels of any hotel I've stayed at in past 5 years. Friendly staff, great hotel. I recommend this hotel highly. Don't worry about the isolated location, it's worth it.

Although hidden from view when passing by on the road this hotel is well worth turning off for. Spotlessly clean throughout. Impressive reception. Well dressed and friendly staff. Food lovely. Bars and restaurant well laid out. Also to the side of the hotel is an Antiques centre and small garden centre. At the back is a large gocart track and...

Stayed here for a birthday celebration. All the staff were lovely and not only did we get an upgrade, but there was also a glass of Prosecco for us to help with the celebrations. Food and service in the restaurant was excellent as was the cooked breakfast to order in the morning. The most outstanding thing about this hotel though...

I booked this hotel for one night in October for my partner and I. When we arrived the reception staff were very helpful and due to it being my partners birthday, they upgraded us free of charge. The superior room was very large, had a very modern bathroom and was extremely clean. The location of the hotel is a little...

We were dinner guests for a friend's 80th Birthday Party and stayed overnight. Warm reception, excellent and very spacious bedrooms, superb carvery style Dinner, Attentive service. Excellent breakfasts too. Of course we were part of a large team, of birthday guests and so our views reflect this. But having now experienced the GA would certainly re-visit individually if in that...

Organised trip by the T Register of the MG Car Club. Had a very pleasant stay here for a long weekend back in September. Our room was fine but there was building work going on so our view wasn't great. The food was excellent over the entire weekend. Due to my medical condition I am unable to eat solid foods...

Nice and clean rooms. Reception staff quite friendly. Let down by very over priced food, extremely small portions and trying to be too cool and aloof in the restaurant. It's just plain weird! Stayed a few times (no choice) and it is always the same.

Stayed one night on business stop over. Clean comfy and spacious bedrooms. Nice clean modern bathroom too. Wifi was a little temperamental at times. Breakfast was hot buffet and was plentiful and tasty with choice of cereal and toast etc also. Restaurant a little expensive if you dont want the fuss and expense. Sandwiches also available on room service with...
