Hotel Rural San Miguel. This place promised a lot, based on the hotel description, and the reviews. I was a little disappointed that it was not set “in well kept gardens” as described in Booking.com, but rather set in the middle of a town (with other houses sharing walls and clearly visible), and the garden was a rather a small...

We stayed for a weekend here, from our home in the north of the island. It is charming hotel, beautifully renovated from an old manor house. The owners are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are tastefully furnished. whilst there is no swimming pool, there is a large jacuzzi in an underground setting, as well as interesting caves under the...

This was a beautiful building with an interesting grotto pool but our room was the only one without air-conditioning and the management made it clear they really didn't care. Only a few small windows opened which was a mixed blessing as our windows were 4 feet from the road. The sauna was never on and the hot tub was tepid...

When stayed 6 nights at this hotel. The first day we got a friendly welcome and were explained which location to visit, El Teide volcano, Santa Cruz, Las Americas beach, Garachico (the old capital). Then we went to our room and were really surprised by the old style. When then went to a jaccuzi (the best ever). After a nice...

This place is very special and unique. Old intelegent Lady met us when we arrive, she fits this place perfectly. She talk very quitly and you want to follow the way she speaks and enjoy the bird singing and silence around. Its old family house, adopted to hotel. But you can still feel the energy from past time. They have...

The room is old styled, but clean, nice and big. The bed was very large, and we had our own private terras with lying chairs. I do not know if every room has this. There is a big semi-outdoor (underground) jacuzzi for everybody, which was very pleasing. We did not go to the sauna because of the temperatures in Tenerife....

If you're looking for somewhere a bit different, this is it. Historic old buildings tastefully renovated but with mod cons. Lovely garden seating areas, sauna, jaccuzzi and loungers on the roof terrace, and great breakfast.

Stylish rural hotel. If you want tranquility it's very good choice. No problem with parking, 15 min from Tenerife South Airport. Very big and stylish rooms with high ceilings.Lot of wood used in interior and it's very cozy. Mattresses could be newer.

We stayed in this hotel on our first night in Tenerife because it was near the airport and yet not in the midst of the hubbub on the coast. It was easy enough to find because the road signage in Tenerife is generally quite good. While there was no hotel car park we were able to get on-street parking nearby....
