This small charming family owned winery had such quality grapes that were organic and biodynamic-grade. This chianti was the smoothest fruitiest chianti I've ever tasted! Their rose was also excellent and was perfect for the summer heat. I came home with definitely more bottles than I had anticipated. Thank you so much for a great, once in a lifetime experience!...

Visiting Vallone di Cecione is what wine tasting is all about. Francesco's is the owner / wine maker and he was in the wine room doing the tasting personally. Everyone might not be this lucky, especially if its a busy period on the farm, but it may be easier to arrange if you phone ahead. His passion for everything he...

I visited the winery in July 2016 and it was by far my favorite winery. All organic and the wine was smooth and delicious. Our host Francisco was a wonderful host and his father was adorable too!. The history of how his family started the vineyard was so interesting and touching. I only wish I could have brought home more...

What an exceptional winery! A Family, connection and commitment which is rarely seen. Francesco's passion for the land and focus on organic wine making was inspiring. He's family history and the way he honors and incorporates it into his daily activities is not only moving but produces exceptional wines. Highly recommended!

We came here on a wine tour and were blown away by Francesco's knowledge and passion for Chianti and the traditional nature of this winery. We loved the wines (Got a case shipped back to the US, and just found it online and will try to buy there too), loved the experience, the conversation, the scenery, the history of this...

Amazing tour and family. Take your time and be blessed by Francesco's passion for Chianti Classico. They are a 2 generation farm family. The accommodations on the farm are clean and comfortable. We were there in November to help with the olive harvest but no plonked in 2014. We did our own cooking. We used Panzano as a base and...

I went there due recommendations on Internet, and without prior notice , Francesco Jr. Was working on the land because previous nays were rainy but he said he could give us some time for a fast wine taste and we agreed, well if that is the fast wine taste I can't imagine how good is the regular one, he was...

Francesco and his family are true Panzano area originals. We tried some Chianti Classico and meanwhile learned a lot about Vallone di Cecione. It is a little bit hard to reach but definitely worth the trip. In the end we bought his Chianti Classico and are really looking forward to take it home with us and enjoy Francesco's wines.

Just got back from staying here. Stayed in Il Perata. Lovely apartment, good double bed, well stocked kitchen. Rustic feel. Near enough to Panzano to reach easily (although walking might take 30 mins). But such tranquility. The real highlight though is the family and the vineyard. Francesco is a delight and his family are 3rd generation winemakers. He clearly loves...
