We had an amazing stay at Abyssanto suites, the manager and staff fullfilled every wish we had. We got a free uprade to a suite with private whirlpool and balcony. The delicious breakfast was served directly on the balcony so you can enjoy the view while you eat. The room was very clean and serviced daily. Wifi was fast.

I took my mother and daughter to Abyssanto Suites last year around September 2019. I wanted them to experience Imerovigli in Santorini, and I was delighted (and relieved) I found a room for the three of us at Abyssanto Suites. From the outset, Manager, Panagiotis Drossos was solicitous and helpful. We loved our stay there and the service. The view was out of this world. We wish we could have stayed longer, but we will certainly try to get back there once the globe is Covid friendly.

From the second we arrived, Panagiotis and all his team gave us a warm - yet highly professional welcome, and it remained that way for our entire 7 night stay. The last day felt like we were saying goodbye to new friends, rather than checking out of a hotel. The view from the hotel is breathtakingly beautiful, and the cave-like room layout only adding to the whole romantic mystique. For us, the location was also ideal, quiet in the evenings with 3 good restaurants within easy walking distance. In the day, a good stretch of the legs took us across the top of the Caldera to Oia, or further south along the spectacular coastal paths to Fira. Panagiotis recommended a number of good tours - we selected his winery tour and the afternoon / sunset catamaran tour, both of which were superb. Warm and super friendly people, a clean and well maintained boutique hotel, lavish breakfasts served daily to your balcony, a pool to cool off in overlooking the island of Thirasia - this was exactly the Santorini holiday that we had been dreaming of. Thanks again to everyone at Abyssanto Suites & Spa!

My wife and I spent a wonderful week in Santorini and in Abyssanto. The view is amazing. You open the window and your room door in the morning and you have a panoramic view of caldera. Same for watching sunset from your private jacuzzi in the evening. The service is very good, everything is very clean and the location perfect, also for walking to Fira (20min walk). The personnel is super friendly and we would like to thank all of them for the complementary surprises. I fully recommend staying in Abyssanto. It is really worthy it!

My boyfriend and I had a four night stay at Abyssanto after three nights in Kamari. The views as soon as you get out of the taxi are breathtaking, this side of the island has the wow factor. Mr Panagiotis and Costa looked after us throughout our whole stay and we were really spoilt with the service including breakfast delivered to our terrace in the morning up to the very civilised 10:30! The whirlpool is a good temperature (it is not a hot tub); it was so hot in the sun and at 4 months pregnant I was concerned I would not be able to make use of our private jacuzzi but it was perfect. The rooms and layout on the Caldera side are unique and a true Santorini experience. We visited Fira two or three times on foot, and I was comfortable walking (uphill) in the dark. I felt safe and it was a good way to walk off the calories. We also walked from Imergovigli to Oia one morning... Mr Panagiotis suggested that we depart at 7am and they would arrange a transfer back in time for the last breakfast sitting but as we wanted to try out a particular Gyros grill for lunch (Pito Gyros) we chose to set off at 8:30. They very kindly delivered us coffees and toasties in disposable wrapping so that we had some fuel for the 2.5-3 hour hike. We managed to get there just as the sun was getting stronger. On our final morning we made a very last minute choice to change our flights as there was bad weather forecast and we weren't sure what we would be able to do for the day on the island in the rain. It was no problem at all to arrange our airport transfer for 1 hour later and very competitively priced at 30 EUR compared to the Hoppa which was 40 EUR from the airport to Kamari which is much closer! We were so pleased we chose this hotel and Imergovigli instead of a hotel in Fira or Oia. Even if there wasn't a global pandemic I feel we would have got the same exclusive experience at the Abyssanto and I will certainly recomend it to friends, family and my clients who want to extend their stay in Santorini after a week trekking on the islands.
