This will truly be a place to remember. The views at top Avista suite is one etched into my memory with Beautiful scenic views of Imerovigli, Fira, Firostefani, Oia, and the Caldera. The natural beautiful of these sights are truly jaw dropping and make you never want to leave. Well after you decide to stop gazing at the beauty of the island via the perfect positioning of the suite you can enjoy the your own personal pool and hot tub. After your done with you refreshing dive you might need a towel or bath robe. That’s when the top tier room service comes in with fresh towels and ever other accommodations you may ever need. On top to this the food and breakfast is to die for. The food is homemade with the freshest ingredients and let’s say there isn’t something on the menu that you want then you call go on the other menu that provide you with local restaurants with what ever you may need and it’s will be delivered to you free of charge! I really can’t say enough great thing about this beautiful and amazing suite but one the is essential is to talk about the owner Mr.Lambros. Mr.Lambros is a one of a kind gentleman that will greet you with hospitality and will personally help you to have the greatest possible experience. I really must say this is a one of a kind stay and should be on the top of your priorities to try and book this suite!

I will definitely be returning to the location of Avista suites . It had the best view of the towns of Imerovigli Oia Fira Firostefani and of course the view of the caldera was AMAZING The accommodations provided by Avista suites were phenomenal The breakfast menu was top tier among other residencies around the area . Home made fresh fruit juice , smoothies and the best over easy eggs I’ve ever had in my life all fresh from the local farm. The decor of the suite was jaw dropping minimal yet styles design that makes you feel like royalty. The cleanliness in overall quality of service is by far the best with constantly bringing you fresh towels and bedsheets everyday. Another amazing quality of this suite is the owner Mr.Lambros who will great you will a warm welcome and personally help you with anything you seek. He’s is one of the nicest gentleman I’ve ever met and has a great hospitality. I really can’t say enough good thing about this beautiful and luxurious place and if you ever come to visit Santorini then you have to book with Avista suites at Imerovigli.

Avista suites was the most perfect way to spend our honeymoon with the most wonderful hosts. We had an incredible 6 nights in Imerovigli and we would definitely go back mainly because of our exceptional experience at Avista suites.

From even before we travelled to Santorini Lampros was really helpful in communicating with us about activities we could do, and also booked a transfer for us from the airport on arrival so there was nothing to worry about. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with smiles and welcomes from both Lampros and John - nothing was too much to ask and they made us feel right at home. John toured us around our honeymoon suite and we were blown away by how beautiful the place was, and also how big it is. And the town, compared to the others like Oía and Fira, is so quiet. There is hardly any walking traffic, and the walkway is also lower down so even if people do pass you don’t get them leering in.

The suite was exceptionally clean and also cleaned daily (a great perk). The real highlights for us were: the size and comfort of the beds, the rooftop hot tub where there was an incredible view of the sunset which we watched each evening, and the patio area where we ate breakfast each day whilst the sun worked it’s way over the caldera. It was a real treat each morning to wake up to freshly cooked omelettes, Greek yogurt, coffee and fresh juice brought on a platter, always cooked to perfection.

The last thing to say is that Lampros and John really made this stay as wonderful as it was. They were always so helpful and truly went above and beyond: when we asked about hiring a car, they booked it. When I mentioned about going for a dinner John whipped his phone out and a table was booked in 30 seconds. When we mentioned we were going for dinner at Metaxi Mas (which we HIGHLY recommend), Lampros called ahead and bought us some wine for the meal. I could go on and on, but honestly they were amazing.

We absolutely loved our stay in Avista and we’re so happy it will give us lifelong memories of a wonderful honeymoon.

P.s. we definitely recommend the restaurants that Avista list - Metaxi Mas and Anogi (which is about 50m away) were our highlights - really exceptional food and service from both.

This review is long overdue. My husband and I spent part of our honeymoon at La Vista Suites in June 2022 and we we can not say enough positive things. Lampros and his team (specifically John) were the best hosts of all the accommodations we stayed in within Greece (any probably anywhere in the world). They welcomed us with open arms and took the time to provide their insights on how we could make the most of our time in Santorini specifically to what we were looking for. Lampros was honest with what he felt was not necessary to experience and gave us the hidden gems instead. The accommodations far exceeded our expectations. John made us an extremely generous (and very delicious) breakfast every morning. Not only was the view of the caldera breathtaking but the unit was extremely pristine and so unique – like nothing we've ever stayed in before. My husband and I spent a long time determining where to stay. We were always told to go to Oia and while it was beautiful, we are so happy we chose to stay where we did. You avoid the crowds and get this sense of privacy but you are within easy walking distance of Fira and could walk to Oia if you were up for it. I hope one day we will have the opportunity to return. I am confident that if you book a stay here, Lampros and his team will take very good care of you.

Lampros and Giannis make your stay perfect! The location: the very top of imerovigli, next to a blue dome church and a rustling palm. The view is UNBEATABLE from what we could tell walking and driving all around the island. It is extremely quiet—we were surprised at how peaceful it was. Most hotels have a lot of traffic going by—not this one. We watched the sunset from the hot tub on the roof every night. Unbelievable! We woke up every morning to a knock at the door with a huge breakfast (that you select the day before). It was incredibly clean. We have never slept better than in our cave room with the comfiest bed and pillows. Everything was perfect. We had some rough travel to get there (leave lots of time between your flights in athens), and Lampros saved the day with a last minute transfer and his calm demeanor (and wine!). I cannot over recommend this place. Perfect start to our honeymoon. We stayed in the hot tub suite.

Went for a 5 night stay with my daughter and sister, it was everything we wanted and more. Lambros and John are fabulous host, every little attention to details was met. From right on time personalize breakfast to homemade smoothie to perfect recommendations. It was my daughter's bday and a cake was in brought to her!!! the room, well home really, is perfect, clean, extremely comfortable(bed and couches) and so well decorated. We booked the honeymoon suite, so we had a private pool on main deck and a hot tube on rooftop, perfect to watch the sunset. Lambros as you covered for dinners, DO listen to him, all is suggestions were on point. The location was perfect for us as we wanted quiet but could walk to town. It is a 20 minutes walk to Fira and the walk is stunning all along the cost of the island. It was PERFECTION. Do not hesitate, book it.
Thank you for a memorable vacation, we will be back.

The attention to detail was great. The rooms were beautiful and the beds so comfortable. Little touches like flowers in the room, tea and coffee machine, bottled water and toiletries in bathoom, a glass of wine and lanterns on the patio. There were robes, slippers and towels too. Lampros the owner and in particular John the manager, couldn't have been more helpful in arranging dinner reservations, trip suggestions and a driver for us, very professilnal but so friendly too. Breakfasts are perfect, with so much choice delivered to your suite to be enjoyed inside or on the terraces. The hot tub is a great way to watch the sunrise or sunsets which I don't think can be beaten from the roof terrace at Avista. We really have had an amazing 5* stay and so glad we chose Avista in Imerovigli for our first experience of Santorini.

We stayed for one enchanting week, just as Greece had reopened its borders to European tourists. THe view is spectacular, the large rooms are immaculate (literally: they’re a beautiful Santorini white, and couldn’t be cleaner). Most of all, I have never felt so welcome. In a place as crowded as Santorin usually is, it is exceptional. Everything we needed, including an appointment for a COVID test that was needed for the return trip, or car rental, transportation, restaurant advice and reservations, was done immediately and graciously. We had a special thing every day: a basket of fruit, drinks to watch the sunset, a bottle of wine...Excellent breakfast too. A truly wonderful experience.

There are plenty of hotels in Santorini to choose from but if you’re looking for the ultimate hotel experience book Avista suites hands down number 1 in my book. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom spacious suite which had a pool and a rooftop hot tub with unparalleled view of the sunset. We were served a glass of wine to enjoy our first sunset. You can select your food from the menu and they would deliver it every day freshly baked/cook. We had savored our delicious breakfast every morning in the pool deck and appreciating the peacefulness of our surroundings. It was hot and humid one day, and as we were sunbathing they just pop out of nowhere and delivered a refreshing cold smoothie. Now that’s what I call 5 star service! The small little touches and their subtle efforts to anticipate our needs made our stay unforgettable and outstanding hotel experience we will never forget. If you’re looking for exceptional hospitality, sunset views, breakfast and location look no further than choosing Avista suites. You get a Big bang for your buck. I’m looking forward to return and stay longer this time!

We are here on our anniversary and it could not be more perfect. The house (literally a house) we got is 5 stars. Everything is prefect if you like luxury. The owner is putting his own time and effort in taking care of the arrivals and departures. He spent a lot of time talking to us about the island and the must do. He is honest and supports local businesses, he even wears a shirt that says that. The person assisting us john can't be more helpful. The scenery is picture perfect. Even if i put it in words it won't do the view justice. The sauna is heated so imagine the cold weather and you enjoying the view inside the warm sauna. I could not be more blessed about having been to this place once in my lifetime.

Santorini, Greece
Dear madam. Warm Greetings from Santorini. We would like to thank you for your interest for the Avista Suites for your holidays. Regarding your kind request please note that all three of our Suites are equipped with an outdoor heated Jacuzzi on the roof top terrace overlooking the Sea, Caldera and Sunset. Concerning your request for the privacy of your outdoor Jacuzzi we would like to inform you that there is no visual privacy since all three Jacuzzi's of our Suites are on the same level. So the worst case would be that next to you there would be a maximum of 6 other people (splitter in two different separate terraces) sunbathing and swimming in their Jacuzzi, all of them habitants of our property. We do remain at your disposal for any further inquiries. Kind Regards, Lampros Kaliakatsos Reservation Desk
