Very cozy, having almost everything what one needs, very beautiful view from the balcony, surrounded by a beautiful garden, in a very quiet place, except pretty noisy neighbours from morning in the next house. Would be glad to come back!

As with all of Santorini I found there is no real tipping norm it is discretionary unlike the US & UK where in my experience is seems to be expected around the 20% and 10% mark respectively. That said I do not generally give tips in a hotel, except in their restaurants, but the service at the Anastasis was exceptional and delivered from the heart from all the staff, so I was happy to leave a few % on top of the of the bill which I understand the owner Despina distributes to all the staff on a regular basis - hopefully this helps - NB: I have travelled extensively around the world and found the service provided competing with the best I have experienced
