In May, my and boyfriend and took a trip to Greece and spent three days, two nights in Santorini. Before arriving at Anastasis Apartments, we had no idea what to expect. Upon arrival, we were presented with cold towels and cucumber water. Despina, the owner,...More
Undoubtedly the best holiday stay we have had. The hospitable team of Anastasis instantly made Greece one of our favourite travel destination.

When I read the reviews on this place I didn’t know what to make of it, but they were absolutely correct. I can’t imagine I’ll ever stay somewhere with service that surpasses (or even equals) Anastasis. Of course the property has incredible views, the rooms...More

At the end of our holiday we took £50 tip to Reception to be shared amongst all the staff as that seemed the fairest way. After all what about the behind the scenes people such as the cook who prepares some of the little treats.
One of the girls asked us to put it in an envelope with a note to Despina(owner) stating it was for the good service etc and why we were so happy.
She said that once a month Despina read out all the notes and shared the tips out.
Thought this was a great way of doing things and nobody got left out and the staff got praise and acknowledgement for their brilliant service.
Hope this helps.
