We are on our last day honeymooning here at Galaxy Suites and our week stay has been absolutely sensational! The team here are all so lovely and friendly; they have been on hand and happy to help with any queries. Yiannis you are a legend!! We have stayed in one of the honeymoon suites with hot tub and the views from our balcony suite are incomparable to anywhere else on the island, particularly for sunset! The pictures of the caldera really don’t do it justice! You literally do not need to leave your suite if you do not want to, with the team serving all meals and drinks to your balcony on request, daily maid service have the rooms looking impeccable and fresh bathing and beach towels provided. The hotel also have a mouthwatering menu from their Le Moustache restaurant and our personal favourite cocktails have kept us cool by the infinity pool. The cabana’s around the pool are also free to reserve for guests and are amazing for chilling and taking in the views, atmosphere and some food. There are also many other restaurants within a very short walking distance to suit all dietary needs. Having travelled around the island during our stay we would 100% recommended staying in Imerovigli with it being much more chilled and less of a tourist trap, but you are only a short walk to Fira if looking to explore a bit further. If we ever make it back to Santorini this is the only place we would stay! Thanks for looking after us Team Galaxy and helping us have an unforgettable honeymoon.

My boyfriend and I just checked out of our wonderful stay at this hotel. We booked it last minute (the day of) due to having issues with a prior hotel which did not have functioning air conditioning. My favorite parts were the beautiful view of the caldera, the excellent customer service and the breakfast. The owner went above and beyond to help with anything we needed. The breakfast was varied including eggs, fruits, breads etc. and often times it was so much food we couldn’t finish it all. The hotel has beautiful views, if you walk all the way down the stairs, you will see the most beautiful view of the caldera and the sunset, all very private unlike what you will experience in crowded Oia. There were also many bars and restaurants walking distance, including a mini market. The rooms were also very spacious and the air conditioning worked very well. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Currently in Galaxy Suite, wow what a beautiful place the views are incredible, ppl come to this hotel just to enjoy the view from the hotel restaurant, we were lucky enough to have the view and the sunsets from our jacuzzi on the balcony every evening.
Breakfast is served to the room balcony everyday at the time u choose and they do not need to disturb to deliver.
The hotel is family run and you really get that feel, the owners are very helpful and a joy to be around.
The location is perfect for us, away from the hustle and bustle yet jump in your car an your in Fira In less than 10 min. There a lot of restaurants within minutes walk. we visited Mama Lena and I would recommend this as well as Let’s Eat for quick takeaways to bring back to the balcony to enjoy with the view.
The rooms are spacious, clean and perfect size for two people. We had uninterrupted views from our room without the prying eyes of other tourists, this is a priveledge compared to staying in Oia or Fira
If you want privacy yet the luxury of being the middle of Fira, oia and driving distance to pessaris beach an others, I would recommend this location.
Nearly forgot the mention the infinity pool absolutely stunning you will need to reserve the cabanas. We are due to enjoy this tomorrow cannot wait.
This is a small hotel so it is perfect for the Santorini trip to remember. Would definitely recommend.

This was by far our favorite place to stay while on our Babymoon! The staff are just incredible people who go above and beyond for you. The rooms were super clean and just as pictured. And the food was AMAZING. There’s plenty of places to eat on the island and the hotel’s restaurant was one of our favorites! If you are a guest at the hotel, you get access to all the amenities at no additional cost (for example, the cabanas are an additional charge for non-guests coming to the pool for the day- so it’s so worth it to be a guest and to get the best view). Also breakfast is included and brought to your room every morning at the time you choose. We absolutely loved our stay and plan to come back one day as a family of three!!

My husband and I just had our honeymoon at Galaxy and we were thrilled with the experience! The honeymoon suite was perfect from the jacuzzi to the overall size and style of the room. The location was 10/10- located right on the hike so you can hike into both Oia and Fira! Also walkable to several good restaurants! Not to mention the most amazing sunset view spanning the Aegean Sea... one night we watched right from our jacuzzi!! The staff was so nice and helpful, truly top notch service. You'll also love the panorama pool and restaurant! We will stay here again when we make it back to Greece!! Thank you, Galaxy!

We stayed here for 4 nights on our honeymoon and the although Fira and Oía are the two popular spots in Santorini the hotel is in the perfect location of Imeroviglion which is in between Fira and Oia. It is walking distance to Fira and a quick 20-25 min drive to Oia. The hotel has amazing views and the most amazing sunset views which is great bc Fira and Oia become soo crowded with people. The hotel is run by a husband and wife who are there every day and are so nice and attentive and their staff become your friends, Murtazi and Tammary were amazing bartenders and servers! The restaurant conveniently located upstairs called “Le Moustache” is honestly the best food we had the entire time in Santorini. And again we were able to eat with an incredible sunset view. We highly recommend this hotel and they help you get a rental car or transportation when needed. Also a delicious breakfast is included every morning and they drop it off in your room patio at the time you tell them. Very helpful and friendly staff that really make your stay lovely. And again the location really allows you to experience the beauty of Santorini without all the crazy crowds, if you do the walk/ hike from Fira to Oia the hotel is quite literally in the middle of the walk so if you begin from the hotel you are already half way to Oia.

My husband and I stayed at the Galaxy in one of the honeymoon suites and had the best time there! The views to the caldera are amazing, we enjoyed them during the day at the infinity pool relaxing at a cabana with some drinks till sunset. We had a great host Niko that made sure we were having a nice time and always had super good tips and recommendations when we needed :) All the staff was super nice and made our stay perfect, from the host till the bartender! We recommend the Galaxy Suites if you want to relax, lay back and just enjoy one of the best views in Santorini. Thanks!!

This review was loooooong overdue, why i waited this long? i don't know, I guess travelling for 45 days with family to 8 cities and staying at 12 different hotels, there is a possibility you might slip one. I was going thru old pictures and realized I missed to write a review on this Fabulous hotel. we booked one of the two pool villas they have.it came with heavy price tag during peak season but 'WORTH EVERY PENNY "The villa has the best view of Caldera and volcanic island. One of the best sunset i have ever seen and i have seen them all over the world. Great customer service. Infinity pool and the breakfast to die for. All the magic that is created at Galaxy by none other than Nikos the hotel manager. What a gem of a person. He is peoples person and he knows how to take care of guest. We wanted to rent a Yacht for the entire day to go to volcanic island. Nikos made sure we get the best deal by arranging with the right company. He would check up on us daily as our villa was right in front of his office. Every staff was very friendly and professional. Galaxy suites is located in quite neighborhood of Santorini, between OIA and Fira, perfect for my family. I would definitely recommend Galaxy!!!!

We have just come home from our 5 night honeymoon to Santorini where we stayed at Galaxy Suites. When arriving in Santorini we arrived at the accommodation we had originally booked which we refused to stay in, as there was a half built villa being erected infront of our villa, and other construction all around, all insight of our view of Santorini. We were therefore scrambling around at 9pm at night to find new accommodation and found Galaxy Suites, and we couldn’t of been happier. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel at home by all of the staff, who were amazing from the start. Mr Moustache, Lasha, Mourtaz and Mourtaz’s brother who I didn’t get the name of were so friendly to my wife and I, and made the trip for us. The location they have was one of the best we saw on the island for the sunsets, you will not be disappointed. We visited Oia on our last evening and both agreed the sunset was better in Imerovigli/from our hotel. Lastly, the food was outstanding. We had breakfast everyday, lunch once and dinner once and could not fault the food. I would highly recommend anyone to book with Galaxy Suites for honeymoon, couples holiday or family holiday. By a large margin Galaxy Suites is the place to be in imerovigli, it has breath taking views of the caldera, courteous and professional staff that will do anything to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, the rooms are cozy, clean and nicely appointed. Breakfast is good and is served at your room's balcony which we enjoyed every morning. We loved everything about our stay and we will be happy to make it back to Galaxy suites next time we are in Santorini.

We were already staying in Kamari before we stayed at Galaxy so we just took a taxi there. The airport is so busy and hard to get taxis because theres not many so I would contact the hotel and let them know your looking for transportation and they will set you up with a shuttle. Thats what we did and it was only 10€ more than what a cab would have costs to get to our hotel in Kamari, plus its nice and easy, when you land, someone will be waiting there for you with your name on a paper so you get out of the airport really quick without having to try and find a taxi available. Apparantly theres only 30 taxis on the whole island.
There are more places to choose from in the Imerovigli area.
