We stayed in absolute bliss for our honeymoon and originally had a double room with a hot tub but the hotel very kindly upgraded us for free to the honeymoon suite for 7 nights of our 8 night stay. The honeymoon suite was amazing but the hot tub we had with our double room was actually better for couples than the one in the honeymoon suite, however the indoor jacuzzi bath more than made up for it.
Watching the sunset from the balcony and having breakfast with the incredible view is an experience we will never forget, especially when the breakfast itself was so amazing.
The staff were also brilliant and couldn't do enough for you, providing helpful insights and local knowledge as well as responding to any other requests promptly. They also carried our bags to and from our room which given all the stairs was a god send!
Our only negative is that cleanliness was not at a particularly high standard. Due to covid they needed permission to enter your room so the cleaning was done at your request, however some things looking like they had never been cleaned even before covid. When the room was cleaned it seemed like they'd spent more time folding clothes than cleaning. My wife's standards of cleanliness are particularly high but even I noticed some things weren't right, it was by no means dirty it just wasn't up to the standard we would expect for the price we'd paid.

From the minute my partner and I went we were made to feel welcome. We dont drink so instead of complimentary champagne we were given a chocolate cake by the lovely lady at reception. We came to our suite, and it was exactly as shown, we got their in time for sunset and enjoyed a gorgeous view. Everything was explained to us clearly, we were given information and help with booking activities, advice on restaurants, help with taxi services and everything Covid-19 cleanliness related was explained.

Room Service was efficient and never intrusive, their was an abudance of toiletries including face masks and the outdoor Jaccuzi was clean.

We loved this place, the people their helped us feel safe and relaxed in these uncertain times. It will forever be a part of our memories for our honeymoon.

This is an amazing hotel!! Nothing is to much trouble at all. They went above and beyond looking after me and the hubby
Complimentary water in the rooms topped up daily along with the occasional complimentary drinks around the pool. Food at the hotel is also really reasonable and lovely and will bring to your room with the most amazing views to match. Breakfast is served on your balcony every day and you pick what you want and the time, lovely!!)
The sunset is amazing from the hotel . The rooms also have so many little extras includes robes, slippers , all the tolieties even things like aftersun. They really have everything covered here. You can ring and order food and drinks from the pool it's just a call away, nothing is to much trouble at all. The name really does say it all about this hotel. 5 stars!!

We stayed in room 9 which had a hot tub right at the bottom and loved it!! Just by the pool which is handy as the hotel has so many steps. (140 to the main reception to be exact) however wasn't a problem to us as everything is a call away and only have to go up approx 60steps to the walking route to either Fira to the right approx 30mins /1.5miles walk or oia which is a good 7 miles walk. We did that one day but got a bus back at 1.60europp on the main public transport bus (it was a killer in the heat lol)

This is our second time here and love the place!!

My husband and I came to Santorini for our honeymoon and it was the most perfect, beautiful, and hospital place to stay.

First, the staff went above and beyond. Sweet Penny was always so pleasant and anticipated all of our needs. When we decided we wanted to rent an ATV for the day, she was quick to have their recommended company bring one to the hotel and we were able to explore the island. We were offered a drink upon arrival (a glass of white Santorini wine!) after our long flight as well as a complimentary bottle of wine in the evening. The lovely staff who carry all of the luggage, breakfast and room service up and down the many stairs are angels and we enjoyed the friendly "hello" from the reception when we made it up the stairs each day!

The location is perfect. Imerovigli is the best because it is not as "touristy" and feels more calm, romantic, and authentic. The hotel is located right on the walking path that takes you to Fira and Oia. This was my favorite part of where we stayed! We walked to Fira 2 times for dinners at Aktaion and Argo (about a 30 minute walk) along the most quaint pathway with amazing views. Definitely bring comfortable shoes for all of the stairs, but a very easy and doable walk. Although we did not do the walk to Oia, (we rented an ATV that day instead) , it is something I would like to try. We heard it was more of a hike and we heard a variety of duration - 2, 3, 4 hours? Within very close walking distance of the hotel is a mini mart for things like drinks, snacks, toiletries, an ATM, a few restaurants, and a pharmacy.

The room was clean, with everything you could possibly need. We stayed in the junior suite so we had an indoor jacuzzi, couch area with tv, king sized bed, armoire, getting ready area, and a huge bathroom. Since you can't drink the water on the island, the hotel provides many bottles of water. They also had a hair dryer, robes and slippers, a tote bag, and lots of toiletries. The view was out of this world and just the most amazing thing we had ever seen.

Don't look to stay anywhere else in Santorini! Absolute Bliss is just as the name says! You will not regret it.

Thank you thank you thank you for making our trip to santorini so special! We were due to go in May for 30th birthday celebrations but due to Covid had to rearrange. Sofia was amazing at helping us and making us feel reassured throughout the process!
We decided to keep our September date (even with UK quarantine) and do not regret it one bit! From the minute we entered Absolute Bliss it was so special! A welcome drink to watch the sunset with a very warm welcome and walk through of all the protocols. We’d paid for a classic double with jacuzzi but on arrival had been upgraded to the elegance suite, which was absolutely beautiful & also offered a bottle of wine. The breakfast was great and on time every morning, the staff so friendly and not able to do enough for you (taxi bookings, restaurant bookings, day out advice, taking your bags up and down on arrival/departure)
The hotel is also in a perfect location - short walk to Thira or a taxi/bus ride to Oia :) we thought Imerovigli offered the best of everything!!
Thank you again, you made our trip unforgettable and we’ll be recommending you!

Cannot recommend this hotel enough! When we arrived at the hotel the staff were super friendly greeting us a welcome drink and a free upgrade to the honeymoon suite! The honeymoon suite is fantastic with a private balcony at the front of the hotel and hot tub with an amazing view of the sunset each night. This suite also included an indoor jacuzzi! The breakfasts on the balcony each morning were amazing with lots of choices.

After an accident and injuring my leg the staff could not have been more helpful and attentive from ordering taxis for us and advising which medical centre to go too. Due to this we spent majority of our days at the pool which has breathtaking views so we didn’t feel like we missed out too much. The team would bring us complimentary drinks around the pool too!

The hotel is located close to nice restaurants (highly recommend the Wine Bar next door) and not too far from Fira to walk.

All in all I can’t fault this place at all. We had an amazing stay.

This place is absolutely incredible and lives up to its name. We stayed here for our honeymoon post a 30 guest covid wedding in July 2020. The hotel was understandably at low occupancy and not knowing what to expect given the covid situation, we were a little hesitant.

On arrival we were given a complimentary upgrade to the honeymoon suite and a bottle of wine to begin our evening. The room was fantastic, extremely clean with everything you could ever need. Large four poster king size bed, nespresso machine, mini fridge, jacuzzi bath, walk in shower, separate toilet room, plenty of room for clothes and a walk out balcony with exceptional views of the caldera with a hot tub. We really felt like King and Queen.

Breakfast each morning was delivered to our room by Freddie who was extremely attentive, helpful and despite the heat didn't seem to ever stop working. Breakfast was varied and really good, you selected what you wanted from a list the night before and sent your breakfast order via whatsapp to hotel management. Breakfast ranged from cooked meats, cereals, eggs, fruits, breads and some local specialities.

The pool area was lovely, very clean, the views from the pool are spectacular but the view from our room was even better. There is a shop not too far away up some stair selling typical souvenir items, cold drinks, beers, cheeses, meats, snacks etc which we would often bring back to the pool area and our room. Santorini is notorious for stairs, but you are on holiday - take it easy and take in the beauty that surrounds you, there really is no need to rush.

We were often given complimentary wine whilst we lazed around the pool by hotel staff and we requested additional water on many occasions - nothing we asked for was too much trouble.

Imerovigli is wonderful, it was quieter than the surrounding towns of Fira and Oia, but with just as good if not better views. Transport to surrounding towns is simple enough via bus service to Oia and a 20 minute walk to Fira or 5 minute taxi. There are a handful of lovely restaurants in Imerovigli, Avocada and the restaurant in the main square were fantastic. Oia and Fira are definitely worth visiting, but its great to come back to the picturesque and calm Imerovigli.

Sofia the hotel manager went above and beyond at every opportunity. From sorting out our transfer from the airport to Absolute Bliss, arranging restaurant bookings and recommending the best places to go in Santorini, to giving us a complimentary upgrade to the honeymoon suite.

We had the best honeymoon we could have ever asked for and want to thank Sofia, Freddie and the rest of the Absolute Bliss team from the bottom of our hearts. You are all fantastic.

Thank you,
Mr and Mrs Sethi

Served a welconed cold beverage,, while checking in sitted in their lobby balcony. Pretty hotel, interior is like a high gloss cement finish, which I felt can be maintained cleaner than wood flooring etc , during these covid time. Our room was upgraded to an ocean view, with hot tub inside the room. It looked very clean so I used it, which I normally wouldn't.
Ate yummy breakfast delivered to our very private balcony. Bath products were the greek pricey korres brand, nice! Service was the best part of the stay, we were asked at every turn if things were good, they were more than good. Very nice stay

Our first lodging in Santorini. view is jaw dropping when we arrived. lots of steps to go down to room.
room has terrace. great view of caldera. did not get to use the pool area as weather was still cold cloudy and windy when we were there in early May
room not as large as we were expecting

lots of options for breakfast, we over ordered the first morning did not realize so much food is sent down by the kitchen

hot tub was very nice, initially water not clean when we arrived but they remedied that immediately.
hotel is on the trail to walk from Fira to Santorini

Penny at front desk will help you with almost anything. room not as big as we were expecting

WARNING_ AMEX is not accepted at 99 % of businesses in Greece. we were not aware and only carried AMEX Platinum (our own fault). just want to put it out there

We stayed at Absolute Bliss in October for the first leg of our honeymoon and we were BLOWN away from start to finish. Upon arrival, we received such a warm welcome with complimentary wine. We were upgraded to the Honeymoon Suite which was spacious, beautiful and private. The location of the hotel was great and more quiet than other parts of the island but with some great restaurants in walking distance (we loved Anogi!)

It was honestly so hard for us to leave the hotel because we couldn't get over the views! We watched the sunset from our hot tub every night and I'm convinced it has to be the best sunset view on the island. The breakfast delivered in the room every morning was a real highlight. The portions were generous and everything was so fresh and delicious.

The staff and service here is top notch and super proactive. They paid attention to every detail and did not let us lift a finger the entire stay. My husband and I both agree that Absolute Bliss is the BEST hotel we have ever stayed in. I can't stop daydreaming about our experience. We were so depressed when we had to leave and fully intend on staying at Absolute Bliss again in the future!
