Hotel's Favourite
I had an amazing week staying at Belvedere Village, where they have rooms with ample space, excellent air conditioning and breakfast/dinner buffet. Moreover, there is a beach just 5-minute stroll away, or alternatively, you can swim at the hotel's outdoor swimming pool (I preferred the beach :) ). A standout aspect of the experience was the staff, who were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The price is also affordable. I was there on a business trip but since the price was affordable, I was able to extend my stay for additional days using personal funds.

family hotel, quiet with clean rooms and conform beds!in the morning you wake up with a view of the gardens and the flowers you eat a delicious breakfast (fried eggs almost day after day) delicious cake, very good quality of coffee for breakfast, fresh warm bread, ham, fresh oranges, tomatoes, greek original yogurt, everyday fresh croissants. We were little bit afraid of covid-19 but the hotel was under of rules and the appearance of the girl who cleans was wear the cap, gloves, mask (rare for this year) definitely satisfied about your protection.generally the accommodation and the staff very pleasant. I would go again if I did not have a job again! Thank you guys!Go on !

The Pension is charming and very well placed, in the heart of the seaside resort. There is the beach, shops, restaurants and many Things to do nearby.
As expected, the pool is quite small but it did not pose a problem because the water is much colder than that of the sea accessible 5 minutes walk.
Meals match those of a 3-star Inn, maybe a little repetitive but we always find something to eat. Special mention for breakfasts that were excellent.
The rooms are of a suitable size and can overlook a magnificent sea or mountain view, small flat air conditioning (€ 5 per day).
Cleaning is done every day and change of towels is to be requested at reception if necessary.
I recommend this Pension especially for its pleasant Francophone staff always attentive. The property also offers numerous excursions and car rentals. I recommend visiting Chania, Rethymno, Spinalonga and Agios Nikolas, which are beautiful places full of history.

Hotel very well located, close to shops and a small beach, clean both in the rooms and in the common areas. But very disappointed for the rest like the catering which is repetitive unless you like chicken, pasta and sardines. Everything is closed between 10:30 a.m. and 7 p.m. and after 10 p.m., it's impossible to have a drink outside of these hours. The staff speak very little French and are much less friendly if you don't eat enough for them. Everything is extra, WiFi, air conditioning.........In short we will never go back there

On arrival at night we had a room not conforming to the description and not renovate we asked to change rooms it was charged us 50 € for an equivalent room but renovated
the cleaning leaves much to be desired sheets and towel must be changed every three days which is not done After several complaints. Flat screen cable and three kettle chains down and not much renewal in meals
Overall it was passable close to the sea and the small restaurants friendly car essential to get out of the village I do not keep this hotel to return there

My partner and i really wanted to thank the whole staff of the Belvedere Hotel for an amazing stay among them ! The kindness of Andreas, Dimitri, Apostolis, Nikolaos and Maria made our holidays perfect, their professionnalism and friendliness made us feel like in an (almost better) home away from home ! They were always attentive to everyone. The food was gorgeous, with typical dishes and desserts, fresh vegetables and fruits every day. The room was really nice, with a quite large balcony, everything was always perfectly clean. The hotel is really close to the beach, and the swimming pool is nice when the beach is too crowded. Crete is a large island, but the location is as good as it gets over there, and allows you to go to most places.
Thank you again, and we hope to be back some day !

+1
Very nice family hotel well secured to enter , warm and welcoming staff. Room clean and cleaned every day. Decent buffet restaurant with varied dishes that do not change very often and that repeat when you stay a full week but it remains good. Spacious room except the bathroom which is small but does the job! Toilet in the bathroom! Air conditioning quite noisy and the negative side is when we leave the room for a few hours or for the day or even when we just want to drink the aperitif on the terrace of our room we open the bay window and the Air Conditioning automatically deactivates and it is very quickly hot in the room. Apart from that everything is ok. Pool very nice even if it is not very large enough. Swimming pool and umbrella perfect also. Small negative: rooms with poor soundproofing the lowest price or a night arrival is quite noisy for neighboring rooms. No shutters just a curtain and so the sun can wake people who have light sleep: we did not mind. We recommend this hotel with good value for money.

We had a lovely time at the Belvedere in Agia Pelagia.
The hotel is very well maintained and comfortable. The quality/price ratio is excellent (if you want better you will have to pay much more elsewhere). The presence of Ilona, a very smiling young French employee, facilitates exchanges, but all the staff are attentive, in the kitchen, at reception or for maintenance to make your stay pleasant. The cuisine is quality and varied enough not to be monotonous.
The car park makes it easy to park your rental car (rent one to visit the surrounding area).
In short, I recommend this vacation spot without restraint.

Ideally located hotel with private parking. The rooms are simple and very clean, cleaning is done regularly and sheets and towels are changed every two or three days! The pool is a little small but it is not disturbing since the beach is 100m away. We were very well received by Maria and Niko. The food is simple, balanced and unlimited! We stayed there 15 days and we recommend this hotel because it has a very good value for money! Too bad there is no bar near the pool! Thank you to all the staff and management for taking care of us during our stay!!!

Pleasant stay in this small, quiet hotel. Reception quite cold. The rooms and bathrooms remain clean but the floors are not cleaned well. The restoration is simple and repetitive.... it's up to us to vary. The excursions offered are very good. Small downside on the day of arrival: if you arrive after 9:30 p.m. the "meal" is supposedly left in your room. Certainly yes, but it looked like a dog dish with a small bottle of water. The quantity was more than limited and no dessert or bread. In short, hello welcome! A mini soap and a mini shampoo on the first day, then nothing. It is better to remember to bring your own products because it is very expensive on site. Decent overall but no less.
