Terrible services. Accomodations are not at the proper level. Food in restaurant is old and with bad taste. Too expensive for this late period of the year. Staff are grumpy, unpolite and inadequate. Run away.

Friends lent us their apartment for 5 nights as we were looking to buy an apartment. Luckily we had hired a car from Hotel Selena in Sozopol on arrival night before as resort is out of town, unfinished and awful so we were able to travel and see other areas. Even though my partner is Russian and we live in...

From the website, it looks like this is a hotel on a complex, it is not, they are building a hotel at the front overlooking beach but it is nowhere near complete. Luckily we rented a ground floor studio privately at 40 euros per night and were advised by owner of status of resort. Be careful if booking direct with...

Rented a studio with view over pool, first impression of resort good but once you start using facilities, you realise everything needs work. Apartment block corridors smell of damp and majority of lighting does not work which may be deliberate to keep it dark as they need re painting. Pathways between complexes are wooden slats which are unlit, broken and...

Superb place for families with children. So many swimming pools :) so many games and even a game room ( 10 levas for 30 mins) The breakfast is cheap but not soo good. At least warm ( eggs, sausages) & fruits ( peach apple grapes) . 10 levas ( 5 euros) per person. Children under 6 eat free. Opposite the...

Ideal for a family vacation with small kids, this place can be a bit boring for grown-ups. Not all appartments are in good shape and small details like a shelf for your cosmetic set are missing. However, the surrounding is nice and calm - perfect for a relaxing stay. The swimming pools are also great. The food was delicious.

Our second visit to this resort so we knew what to expect. Firstly the star ratings in this part of the world mean very little, you can't compare a 4/5 star hotel in the Balkans with one, say in the US or south of France. We booked a one bed apartment which was fairly large and clean. The beds were...

We stayed at the resort in July2016, first impression was very good, clean, nice gardens and fantastic pools (some music would have been nice in the day) Our room was nice and had a good view to the pool. After we stayed just for 1 day we realised there was not much to do, not much entertainment for me and...

We really enjoy to stay here. The location is near to the Beach, and have some own pools also. If you Would like to go to Sozopol, have a Mini train Service. I recommed this place for couples and family groups also because very calm and children friendly.

You are not disturbed by salesman by the pool as in some other hotels. Activities for children. Rooms have good standard. Restaurant is serving good food. Internet could be...
