The hotel's location is not bad although it's on a hill so people with cars have to be extra careful where to park as there is not much space. Rooms are clean and standard (working wifi, airconditioner, tv, and so on). Friendly staff. Pool was clean all the time. Only complaint is about the breakfast as just one girl is...

Positive: Well mannered lady at reception, decent interior, decent location, pool. Negative: You only get one key (and one electronic chip that lets you access the villa) per room, even if you rented the apartment which holds 4 people, so you better have perfect organisation or you need to start waking people up in the middle of the night. Breakfast,...

We had reservations at another hotel which ended up being cancelled upon our arrival. Luckily we found Villa Valeev and came late that night with a booking made only 10 minutes earlier which they had not even had the chance to see yet and still they made us feel soooo welcome! The location is great, the apartment is super fresh,...

We were three pairs of friends and our stay was more than awful due to the unfriendly owners that actually act like a staff They are only 3 people working in the hotel that are on charge of reception, check in, check out, room cleaning, breakfast preparation and service, personnel at the pool, etc (you can imagine that there is...

Old fashioned rooms, no sea-views. unexpectedly high price compared to service - should cost not much than 15lv. per room. TV model from 1990`s, location too far from shore /1.5km/ and price very high compared to other newly built super luxury hotels, had to climb up a high hill area by walk because once car left you should not move...

Price: 80Levs/ Night Room: Right next to reception on the ground floor This was my 4th trip to Sozopol. We booked the night before in August and arrived the next day around mid afternoon. I was initially concerned about the location having always stayed in the old town or at the bottom of the hill on previous visits but honestly...

Although some of the rooms may seem comfortable....do not be fooled by their polite charm, there is no kettle in the rooms,....when asked, no real reason given.....service can be slapdash, especially in the bar area......the owners would like you to think they are honest hard working people......again, don't be fooled, hotel sits on a very high hilly road, you would...

Small staff - great job it is ! The place is great and service is excellent. Now, Stoyan here has a point: the 'old lady' (the owner) runs it as it would run a family boarding house, with the corresponding attitude - but as long as you are not Bulgarian (or understand Bulgarian language or you have a Bulgarian friend...

I went there to visit a friend on the pool. The door was widely open and there was no one from the staff to receive me. I order a soft drink from the bar and went to the pool to see my friend. An OLD LADY came and start YELLING why I didn't notify the bartender or anyone else that...

Stayed a week in late Aug 2001. The place is very nice, quiet and comfortable, no loud bars/streets around. Rooms are newly renovated, nice, and feature a safe deposit box, free wired/wireless internet (coverage depends on your room location), TV, aircon, and balcony. Pool is small for swimming but pleasant, very quiet and cosy, the cafe/bar is right next to...
