Immerse is by far the best venue with the most amazing staff you could ever ask for! They were so accommodating and thoughtful with the challenges of covid and restrictions. This venue and their team cannot be faulted!!! They are phenomenal at what they do. Our guests commented repeatedly about how they loved the staff, the food and the grounds. Our coordinator on the day was Ashlee and she was a superstar! She made me feel like a queen from the moment I turned up in the morning, she was so attentive, caring, charismatic and stayed on top of everything without missing a beat. The team at Immerse make sure the bride and groom are looked after with food and drinks all night, including at the end of the night. We returned to the bridal suite with our bath already run with another bottle of champers, our wedding cake and desserts for us to enjoy at the end of our night. Seriously WOW!!!! Words could never describe my appreciation to the team, simply the best!

Absolutely fabulous! Can't thank Immerse and their team enough for making the lead up to our wedding such an easy and wonderful experience and our wedding day...a beautiful and memorable experience!
We were overwhelmed by the hospitality and care by the team and all the thought put into making every little detail of the wedding preparation pin point perfect - layout, superb quality of food, impeccable service with a smile and the sequence of events planning.
We had our ceremony in the chapel - which was just stunning!!! The sweeping views of the vineyard as backdrop through the huge floor to ceiling chapel windows was breathtaking.
The reception/dining area was also just beautiful with its rustic ambience and a perfect layout and size for our celebrations after.
In particular, we'd like to make a special mention and thank you to Carolyn, who was our events co-ordinator from start to finish. Everyone commented on how super friendly and organised she was, her attention to detail and guest requests was commendable. It was such a comforting experience for us knowing we were all taken care of, which eased the stress and anxiety of the day.
The whole Immerse experience was top notch! They were a pleasure to work with in making our dream wedding a reality and we can't thank them all enough for doing what they do so well! All our guests commented on how wonderful the venue/staff were and how perfect the day was overall. Was a brilliant day and night of celebration.
Highly recommend any couple looking for a perfect winery wedding location to look no further than Immerse!

What a beautiful venue!! We attended for our daughter’s wedding & had an amazing time. The staff were very attentive, no request was a problem. The food was delicious & the accommodation warm & cozy. Breakfast the following morning was fantastic.

We attended a wedding here recently and the day was wonderful. The chapel was simple but stunning and the food and drink were exceptional. The staff went to no end of trouble to make sure everyone was having a great time and although they were ever present, they were not intrusive at all. This was a very happy day indeed, made all the better for the location and experience. Thank you!

the main organiser of weddings from Immerse was lovely and helpful at their wedding expo, however on the day she was rude and unhelpful to the celebrant and photographer and various guests. The finger food was very tasty but brought out too sparsely during the night. Some guests were so hungry that they drove into Yarra Glen to get more food. A beautiful venue but lacking in organizational issues

Hubby n I stayed here for a family wedding, the best part of the evening was of course the wedding itself and partying with family but the venue is lacking big time. After being told the price $260 for our king spa room and looking on the website at pics we expected a lot more than we got. A complimentary wine tasting is included-the girl who did my tasting had nothing to say about the wines at all so it wasn't very interesting. The breakfast the next morning-only served at 8.30am, very tiny, very salty bacon and other wedding guests that did not stay overnight were charged $25 for it! Our room was part of a group of five in a small complex, we did not get a balcony although others charged the same price did. The king bed was comfy enough but the room itself-well we were very disappointed-it smelled musky and old, the bathroom smelled dirty(the floor was actually dirty) a sharp pin was found on the floor right next to my foot, the shower (that doubles as the king spa, I hate being misled to expect a spa that's actually a shower) has no sides so the floor was saturated, toilet paper like hard newspaper, furniture and declarations very outdated and the walls very thin so no privacy. The grounds are lovely but a little country cottage in the design and after seeing the inside of the restaurant and the other rooms I felt the place was a mishmash of old and new-like the owners can't make up their mind what style they're going for. The chapel where the wedding was held was great, a few decorations wouldn't go astray though. So much greenery and flowers outside and nothing inside felt odd to me. The bridal suite looked great, perhaps all the rooms should be updated to this standard. The food served was very good and the wine was enjoyable. The acoustics of the reception room are terrible, I felt bad for the DJ trying to work with that. Immerse need to reduce their accommodation prices-especially for guests of a wedding!

My Partner and I stayed Immerse Winery over the weekend for the Lazy Sunday Package;Wine Tour; Moet Bottle; Romantic Petals and Cafe Breakfast. So; were to start.
We arrived early for our wine tour; asking "who seemed to be the receptionist" if we could get a coffee as we arrived early; she was quite unwelcoming and advised us to head on through, she lead the way; and instead of sitting us down (as we were following her) she began to address the only other table in the venue. Trying to overlook this my partner and I finished breakfast and made our way outside to wait until time had come for the "tour" to begin. We were not briefed or informed about anything; let alone were to meet the "tour" at 10:30am. So we proceeded to enter the reception area again to ask the "receptionist". She was quite rude and told us to wait outside.
After our amazing wine tour ; WOMBATS WINE TOURS HIGHLY RECCOMMEDED Gary the tour guide is just amazing! Funny and loves his job!; we entered reception to "check in". We went through and she gave us the key and an information sheet about the venue ; no briefing about what we had ordered, when the platter was coming or what time we should arrive for breakfast at the cafe. We entered the room; petals laid.
Luckily 10 minutes after we checked in the room I contacted the reception to ask about the "produce" dinner platter; because we had both jumped into the spa; simultaneously as it arrived without announcement.
The Reception was then closed for the next few days; the cafe where we had booked to have breakfast in the package advertised was closed and the activity room within the venue was closed! And after a few glasses of wine and the excitement of walking over to play some pool it was closed! And no one was on Site to assist!!!! At only 3pm!!!!!!!!
The best part was when we were about the leave; check out; there was no one onsite to CHECK US OUT!!!! The cleaner did it!!!!!! Unbelievable.
Total waste of money; $800.00 on two nights. No apologies from the "receptionist" or renumeration!
I WILL NOT be recommending this winery to any.

I recently attended a wedding at the venue. Let me just say that it's lucky the venue was beautiful and the atmosphere fun; otherwise I was extremely disappointed in the service and meal sizes.
The service and organisation was slow and they ran out of coke at entree time. You were looking around for a waiter to order a drink and they didn't have anything accessible on the table including water.
I'm sorry immerse, your a lovely venue aesthetically however thats where it stopped with me and I would not hold my wedding there given the was no value for money.

We went to celebrate a friends birthday. There was two tables of us 21 in total. The restaurant was about a quarter full. We waited for 45 minutes to get a drink of water and a little longer before we got our first drink!!! No-one came near us to offer us a drink. People on our other table had to ask for a drink and they got their first drink 1 hour and 15 minutes - disgusting! There was beautiful bread on table behind us and it was not offered until 1 hour had past and then only half the table got a piece! The table behind us only a quarter of guests got a piece. The food was amazing! The restaurant was beautiful. I cannot believe that for a restaurant that size and it is big only has one toilet each!! We had to cue up and the restaurant hardly had anyone in it! I'd hate to be there for a wedding! We had to again ask for another drink and they eventually came. THe person sitting next to me kept on missing out, so if you didn't ask you didn't get, very poor. we then asked for coffee - BIG mistake. That also took ages to get and most had to ask at least twice for their cuppa. I asked for extra hot and got luke warm. The service was so pathetic, that I couldn't be stuffed asking for it to be re-made. We were there a in just over four hours we got two drinks! AND we only got them because we asked - never again! The luncheon was very expensive, but I would never, never recommend it to any one because of the poor service.

I stayed here recently with my husband for 2 nights. The place is quite pretty, nice gardens with a smart but slightly dated restaurant. We stayed in 'the Lodge' and I couldn't help but think the accomodation buildings looked like demountables - which wasn't appealing. The walls were quite thin and the rooms while spacious were a little strange in their decor choices, however the furnishings were quite good quality. The beds were comfortable and King size. I was impressed with the tea provided in the room, it wasn't boring 'Lipton' it was good quality. I wasn't impressed with the service offered at check in. You do get the feeling that unless you're connected to a wedding you don't matter. We were ignored by about 3 staff before someone came to check us in. We were then told breakfast (that's included) would be served at 8:30am. Usually breakfast is served for a window of time (ie - 7 - 10am) not not here. It really feels more like what suits the business than the guest. I paid a reduced rate of $220 p/n and I think this was overpriced. Also, there is no privacy on the uncovered balconies connected to the room. They have a nice view from the balcony but you can see your neighbours and could easily 'pass the salt'. I also noticed the balcony was full of spider webs. We went out and bought a brush so we could clean it properly ourselves. I wouldn't return but might be OK for some. It really is a function centre not a hotel experience. Location is good - dine at Mandala next door. Also, the breakfast quality was very good if the 8:30am time slot suits you. The photos of the rooms on the website are likely the bridal suite
