We stayed one night, a last minute change in plans due to wild fires in Washington state. Owner was very helpful, went the extra mile to accommodate our needs. Pleasant surroundings, nice room and breakfast, peaceful and private feeling setting with lots of natural beauty. Played badminton, took wonderful walk and bicycle ride along International hike and bike trail accessible...

We stayed in the private suite (similar to a cottage). Full kitchen and a patio with BBQ and table. We found the kitchen to be very well equipped. We cooked dinner and found all necessary items. Wireless access was not so good at the time (might have been a problem with our laptop, though). Tom makes a really good breakfast...

We found Elm Tree Farm thanks to tripadvisor (THANK YOU tripadvisor!). We stayed in the full suite, which is more like renting a cottage. Full kitchen, your own covered patio with grill and table. Kitchen missing some essentials for cooking (baking pans/dishes), but we hadn't planned to cook. Good wireless access. There is an air conditioner, but the shade and...

We stayed at the Elm Tree Farm with another couple. It was the last day of our cycling trip on the Kettle Valley Railway. We had 2 bedrooms (each with their own bathroom) and a common kitchen area. There was also a covered outdoor eating area with a BBQ as well. m I wished we could have stayed longer! This...

We recently stayed at Elm Tree farm with our adult daughter. Tom was very helpful as he knows the area very well and sent us in the right direction. Breakfast was great and no one went hungry. The area is beautiful and the farm is close to a walking and running path. We stayed in the private suite and found...

This b&b is the perfect location in the Okanagan just north of Oliver. We stayed in the private suite. Perfect size for a couple with private patio, BBQ, and outdoor sitting/eating area. Also has a hot tub! Owner makes a fantastic breakfast and was great to accommodate my lactose intolerance. It is truly a beautiful farm with amazing hosts. We...

My friend and I just spent two delightful days enjoying spring in the Okanagan with this lovely place as our base. The hosts Tom and Hillary are easy going, interesting, and gracious. We had two of the best breakfasts I have ever had -- individual frittatas the first morning and three berry pancakes with a multitude of syrups and bacon...

We stayed at this wonderful place for two nights in September as we wanted somewhere peaceful and chilled out to stay while we did some wine tasting and hiking in the Okanagan. Elm Tree is a working farm and Tom met us from his tractor as he was finishing off hay making in the front field as we drove down...

We just stayed for one night passing through, but would be a great place for a large group of people staying a few days in Oliver. Very clean, well equipped rooms, with full kitchens, hot tub, full size BBQ, etc. Had a great breakfast in the morning with the owner telling us about the colorful local history and colorful local...

We stayed at this place as a couple and then quickly booked it again for us and our family who were coming for a visit - it is a great place. There are two buildings, seperate from the owners' house.
