It's on par with a premier, but not as quiet. Can easily hear people in next room Nice thing about the hotel is it's location on a modern out of town shopping complex A number of we'll known shops along with a good selection of restaurants Two of the restaurants are offering a two course meal with a free cinema... My husband was staying here for a two week business trip, so our four-year-old son and I joined him for the weekend to enjoy the sights of Belfast. On arrival, the staff, Stephen and Ryan, welcomed our little boy like he was royalty. When travelling with a young child/children it always makes things much easier when people acknowledge them, so... More

Stayed here mid week for buisness purposes. Rooms were very dark and tired. Staff we're polite but seemed to stay in the office most of the time, only coming out when someone appeared at the bar or front desk. Being an IHG member I was slightly disappointed at the lack of interaction and atmosphere this portrayed. Breakfast was ok however... More

Stayed Tuesday night, fairly quiet. Staff seemed to run from behind bar to serve meals etc, then disappeared into office. Default was always hiding in the office, so everything seemed a trouble to them Not really what's expected, being an ihg member I stay at hi express often

We stayed for 2 nights with our 9 year old son. It proved to be an enjoyable experience. The girl at reception was so welcoming and informative. The room was cosy and warm with an extensive breakfast the next morning. The location is easy to find and ideally situated for access to Belfast, Titanic museum, The Antrim coast and Giant's... Belfast City had no rooms available so we visited Antrim, half way between Belfast and North Coast. Perfect if you have a car. Half the price of City Centre so I guess a Taxi would still save money. Staff were very helpful and pleasant and hotel very clean. It's basic but does it well. Breakfast had all you needed without... More

After reading previous logs , I was a little apprehensive about my over night stay here. But my worries were totally misplaced. Clean tidy room , helpful staff and a great breakfast to start the day, made for a enjoyable stop over. Tea ,coffee and kettle provided in the room Big supermarket , restaurants and other facilities close to the... More

Stayed here one night with my kids to explore Belfast. £10 taxi from international airport and bus running every half hour into city centre 2 mins walk from the hotel. Great retail park and restaurants next to the hotel too so it has everything you need. The hotel itself is basic but it is very clean and a comfortable bed... More

I stayed here recently using it as a base to explore the northern coast of Ireland, which it was a great location for. The exterior of the hotel mimics what you'd expect of a Holiday Inn/Express, however, the interior is in need of renovations desperately. There were large stains on the carpet, and minor ones on the sofa. The sofa... More
