Well what can I say that isn't positive .... nothing! Neale and Julie are the perfect hosts, they pitch just right being helpful and chatty without being full on. The rooms are the cleanest I have seen and they have plenty of space. They have everything you would expect from a top hotel rather than a guesthouse - tea coffee,... More

Lovey hosts. Stayed in a good sized twin room with en suite. The room was a home away from home. The location itself was perfect for both the station and the beach. Delicious cooked breakfast and a good selection of fruit, cereals, smoothies and home made jam to go on the freshly baked bread! A no-brainer... Would highly recommend and... More

I spent a week at Copperfields with my partner, and we had a very nice time. The vegetarian breakfasts were delicious and healthy. The rooms were clean, tidy and comprehensively outfitted – we had access to a fan and a Freeview television amongst other amenities. Our host (one of the owners) always took note of what we’d usually liked to... More

We had a great time at Copperfields. Neale, the owner, was very friendly. The place was nice and clean and well decorated. The vegetarian breakfast was healthy and delicious with vegan options. Great location, so close to the beach and train station.

Neale could not have been more helpful - both in the booking process and when we arrived. He was incredibly friendly and gave us some tips for places to go. Having somewhere to lock up 4 bikes was a definite bonus for us and the vegetarian breakfast was incredible (the homemade marmalade was particularly delicious!). Would have no hesitation in... More

My sister and I stayed here for one night in June in the Beach Room. Neale was very welcoming and helpful, with lots of useful suggestions as to how to spend our evening. The room was spotlessly clean and bright, in a shabby chic seaside style, with a good sized en-suite shower room. The vegetarian breakfast was plentiful and delicious.... More

Had a lovely two night stay here in June. Neale was a very attentive host. The vegan breakfast was one of the best we have had and there was plenty of choice. The room was lovely and the bed most comfortable. A good base from which to explore the Thanet coast. We will certainly be back!

A very relaxed night away for a reunion with a friend. Julie and Neale had great information about local events, restaurants and bars. Just minutes from the beach and walks along the coast. Great choice for breakfast, including a delicious selection of homemade smoothies and their speciality fluffy egg! Well worth a return visit.
