Stopped here for breakfast and coffee this morning. Really nice to sit in the spring sunshine by the window and have breakfast with the sea view. Food was served quickly. Reasonable food and drink prices, competitive with other local cafes and restaurants.

We enjoy coming here for a weekend drink but were slightly disappointed with dinner recently. Had the Duck salad. The spinach was on the turn. No real flavour from the overlooked duck.. Plates were sticky... Best part was the wine. I'm really saddened because we really like the staff and location as well as the ambiance. Just a shame it...

We stayed here on Good Friday for the first time and booked a sea view double room, the room was comfortable and warm with a bed facing the sea, not the biggest of rooms but the views over the bay were what this room is all about.A small set of table and chairs in front of the window to enjoy...

This was our fourth visit. Staff were friendly and people who serves us at breakfast remembered us which was nice. Breakfast was superb! Stayed in room 35 which Charles Dickens stayed in. The stairs had been recently decorated which was nice. The only unfortunate part was that they were refurbishing the garden area overlooking the sea which was out of...

Best possible location to stay in Broadstairs. Car parking was away from the hotel but was free using their parking ticket. Room 11 was well appointed and had a large comfortable double bed. Sea view from the balcony was excellent. Sunday roast and breakfast were very good.

We paid extra for a room with a view and found men with drills practically in the bedroom. No apology was made by the hotel and they did not offer a reduction. We were not warned that this was going on.

Staying for one night in Broadstairs and this hotel was recommended to us. We received a very friendly welcome at the front desk and our room was ready even though we had arrived three hours before stated check in time. Our room was on the second floor, facing the road. However it was quiet. The room was small - partly...

Stayed here a few times. Staff are lovely, always helpful and polite etc. Some rooms are looking a bit tired and double beds are a bit dated as most hotels have kings or queens now. Bed also not that comfortable. Some of the cooked breakfast was overlooked and in the past it's always been wonderful so slightly disappointed thus time.

Stayed here for a long weekend in off season (late winter). Had a front room with fantastic sea views (#28) which was very quiet, but might be noiser in summer as it's right by a path to the seafront. Our double room was clean and nicely decorated. The bed wasn't that comfortable but I've found this a common problem when...
