Didn't stay. Had breakfast on more than one occasion recently. Toast always under cooked as are the eggs. Have to send back to recook. I have been told have new manager? Staff very slow in coffee bar. Seems to generally be a staff shortage everywhere in the hotel. Definately gone down hill since I last stayed here. Such a shame...

My husband & I came here for lunch on a cloudy quiet Friday. We was ignored at the bar by a tall slim man for a good 10 minutes. He finally took our order & his manner was appalling, very abrupt, ignorant & seemed to look down his nose at us. Our drinks were lovely as was the view out...

We went to the Royal Albion for Valentine's day. We had a sea view room that was both pleasant and comfortable. Sunrise was spectacular from our room. Staff were very helpful and polite. We had a meal in the bar area which was very nice and very spacious. Had a walk around and popped into a couple of pubs, all...

My partner visited The Albion for coffee this morning - she was met by a huge queue and one gentleman serving (very slowly)....whilst at the same time talking with colleagues dealing with toast racks! The staff member (Graham) had 10 + customers queueing patiently whilst he very slowly served customers and carried on with the engagement of conversation with colleagues......when...

Remember this hotel charges a not cheap £130 a night for a standard room. 1) The internal sound insulation between rooms and floors is poor to say the very least, you will be waking when...

I always go to the Royal Albion if I am in Broadstairs. I have always had very good interesting food and friendly service. Also part of the hotel is dog friendly which is a plus if you have your family friend with you.

Disappointed to say the least! Food not the usual quality, staff seemed not worried at all, understaffed, its such a shame as i would have recommended this place usually. Will be a long time if i ever return.

Yet again I have visited the Royal Albion Hotel because it is local and yet again I have been reminded that everything is geared for the convenience of the staff and the customers can like it or leave it! I wanted to order 2 drinks and went to the coffee area (where orders are normally taken and there was hardly...
