Had a great holiday at these apartments on a self catering basis. Weather was beautiful. The apartment was clean with everything we needed, there is a kettle, it’s not electric though....this is the continent! We asked for a cot when we booked and it was there when we turned up, with a decent thick mattress. We phoned reception upon arrival to request a high chair and a staff member brought it to us in under 15 minutes...result. Air con works well, it was pretty warm at night in August. For the kids there’s crazy golf, soft play, bouncy castles, adventure playground, table football and pool tables, not really suitable for our 2 year old but he was happy in the pools. There are 3 pools and the one nearest the apartments has music pumping all day. If this annoys you then the apartments are pretty sound proof. If you can’t be bothered to cook you can go to the restaurant for breakfast at 8E for adults and 4E for kids, dinner is 18E for adults and 9E for kids. It’s a buffet and the choice was good, food was tasty. The staff at this place are very nice but on a self catering basis you can’t expect them to carry cases for you. Top tip it’s a long walk over a gravel path through the grounds unsuitable for a heavy baggage trolley (found at reception) to the apartments, we discovered an asphalt path next to the main road that goes right past our apartment on our second day, the girl tried to explain this to us whilst checking in but we were tired and it was lost in translation. There is a bus to Peschiera everyday (timetable attached). This town is not far but you can’t really walk it (especially with a toddler in a buggy) because it crosses a motorway and most of the route has no pavement. The bus was very reliable, it never once let us down and picks up on the hour about 20 metres left of the reception door. It also picks up and drops off at the security gate which is much closer to the apartments. The bus always had space even when extremely busy, it was like the tardis!! Peschiera is nice but small, there are lots of buses and boats to explore Lake Garda though, the people in the tourism office are really pleasant, helpful and multilingual. One annoying thing was the number of annoying guests who get up early to leave their towels all over the sun loungers and then leave them empty most of the day! Muppets!

We paid 1150 euro for 5 people. We stayed there 5 nights. Very expensive and now... FOOD in the hotel: so so...a bit boring, it is served in a 4 star hotel but the food is most definitely NOT 4 stars. CUSTOMER SERVICE: absolutely atrocious, we had so many problems with the room and they did not even remember who we were when we came back looking for a manager who, by the way, was in meetings all the time and could not see us. We lost electricity and at midnight they told us to go to a different room (hundreds of apartments and no electrician on site/on call). The next morning we were moved back and told everything was ok. In the evening there was no hot water!!!! Sink was leaking too. We complained at reception several times and they literally did not care. Residence EDEN ACCOMMODATION: basic, simple and badly equipped. It is supposed to suit people who choose self-catering but they don't even have a kettle in the kitchen. No washing up liquid, no tea towels. We had to buy literally everything and we only stayed there for 5 nights. The bucket with a cloth was left in the hall, the brushes were literally hung on the hooks in the hall as if they couldn't come up with some kind of a storage. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were so thin.It was like sleeping on the floor. Bathroom very basic in need of painting, silicone in the shower area black and visibly in need of replacing. It is 2019 and there is no WI-FI in the apartment, you have to go to the bar at the swimming pool or to the hotel. Absolutely ridiculous. SITE: It is a nice complex especially when you travel with children. 3 different swimming pools, playground and mini golf. Big pool with a bar and music. It is good. Shuttle bus leaves the hotel every hour and goes to Peschiera, a beautiful and charming town with lovely restaurants and shops.

Do not arrive a minute to early because hotel staff is not willing to hand over the keys of your accomodation and let you enjoy holidays. We came out of season, not many guests were there. They left us wait 3 hours even though apartment was already ready for accomodate. We travel a lot, and if we want to avoid heavy traffic we just have to leave home in early hours. That is why we sometimes arrive before check-in hours. But hotel staff never ever made us wait for reservated accomodation anywhere we were. Staff always had enough understanding for early arrival and kindly escorted us to our accomodation. Here just didn't seem for staff to care for guest's comfort. They were kind but that was it. And there was nothing to do except playing golf and waiting three hours which just left us a bad taste. Place is not really appropriate for phisicaly disabled people. There is no car access to building which is very unpleasant.

We stayed 10 nights in an apartment by the Laguna Pool. The pool is excellent (there's 3 on the site to use). The entertainment can be noisy but is always finished by around midnight. Apartments are basic, hence the 3 stars.

The home page promised zumba and childrens activities. But when we arrived, there was nothing. Even the reception closed for the season. We saw few other guests. The restaurants were sad. No wonder it was so cheap. Conclusion: avoid in october!
