This hotel is a family run business. They are warm and friendly and spoke basic English. It is located about 25 min by bus outside of Venice and Mestre and is located in a quaint little town. Staying here would depend on your expectations. The building is old and there by does not have any modern comforts. Small bathrooms that...

A few nights ago I had the pleasure of dining in the restaurant with an Italian friend. A wonderful experience! My Italian is very limited, but the waiters included me in all explanations of the menu. The service was great & the food wonderful. I had a carpaccio di pesce - one of the best dishes I've had in Italy. Grazie, ritornero!

I had very exhausting time in Italy, as nobody speaks english and they are no Turist friendly. I confused my airport(as the route of bus changed) and when returned back to my hotel, they helped me to change my date and gave me free coffee. The room was very clean, practice and no noise. I am highly recommend this hotel,...

We stayed here for two nights, personal was very polite and friendly, room was clean. Bus to Venice goes every 30 minutes, stop is near hotel. Wifi, parking is free. Totally - very good hotel for the price. If I liked Venice - I would come back here.

We got an awesome deal (22 euro per night per person) at the Hotel Vettore and had an amazing experience. We were greeted by a very friendly guy who spoke pretty good English (other than the English word for fan which he used "vroom-vroom" haha). He then showed us to our nice, clean room upstairs. The hotel itself is probably...

The price shows everywhere. I know the price is "cheap" but it is possible to be cheap and nice. The staff was gruff, seen far too many tourists. The room was fine except the lack of mosquito nets which made for a sleepless night while fighting off "bugs" & mosquitos. The room is on the road side of the building...

We stayed here while on a shoe string budget trip across Europe in May 2008. In fact language proved a barrier while locating the place as very few people on buses speak english .The place is quite old, with rooms having that antique smell. Overall a nice experience with good value.
