Perfect place to stay when visiting Tuscany. Just on the edge of Montalcino, the famous Brunello red wine making area. We always stay in Villa Uncle Antonio but have seen all the villas and apartments here and all are clean, tradidtional and each one individually characterful. Worth mentioning that the large swimming pool is very clean with plenty of space and chairs around for lounging about with chilled wine all day. Probably the best base for exploring Tuscany. More

We rented an apartment in this agriturismo and spent one week around New Year's. The apartment was roomy and very nicely refurbished, the heating was excellent and Ms Daniela was ready to intervene with a smile to fix some small problems we had had.

The agriturismo is just a few km outside Montalcino in a splendid location, but it is necessary to have a car to reach it. As a guest you can buy (at very convenient prices) authentic Brunello produced by the owners.

The only small minus I would mention is the lack of any entertainment for the kids (ie swings, slides and so on) and the fact that there is no restaurant/bar, which some might not find to their liking.

Overall, however, I would warmly recommend this very nice agriturismo, which has an excellent price/quality ratio.
