Stayed two nights in Room 103- king size bed with 2 balconies. We wanted a room overlooking the water, and we got just that. A little noisy because of the road traffic..but that is part of the travel experience. Room minimally decorated, however the bathroom was gloriously big. Convenient to the ferries. Glad we chose this hotel!

Stayed here 2 nights en route to Sienna. We stayed in a lake front room and would thoroughly recommend it as you are right over the water. The view over the lake was amazing. Room minimilist but nice and the bathroom was well equipped. The food was wonderful. We ate dinner on the terrace over the lake both nights, opting...

The rooms were pricey but marvellous, wonderful king size beds and newly renewed bathrooms - the staff very accomodating, specially Giovanni and Enrico, who were knowledgeable and told us all we could possibly ask about the area and their wines - and the views from the bedroom were marvellous - even better from the restaurant. I definetely recommend.

Fantastic views and location! We did consider Bellagio for our holiday however the location of La Darsena won us over.....we were not disappointed! The views from our room were spectacular and to be woken by the sound of waves lapping at the walls beneath our room was so romantic. Although we had some worries that Tremezzo was a little out...

Like others, I'm not sure why this hotel is ranked so highly. I was shocked to see the location right on a very busy road. If your room wasn't on the lake-side you'd be in for a pretty unpleasant experience. There is no lounge area of any kind, and it is extremely expensive given that it's only a 3-star hotel...

We booked this for six nights on the strength of its reviews in TripAdvisor and it didn't disappoint. The room is spacious with comfortable beds, and with a lovely bathroom which has been fitted very recently. The view was great both from the room and the restaurant. The staff cannot do too much. Had a problem logging on to hotel's...

We stayed 3 nights at La Darsena, with a room overlooking the lake, and I can agree with much of what recent reviews have said. The thing to remember is that it is a 3 star hotel, so the rooms are not luxurious (very firm bed) but the views are. The restaurant appears to be aiming higher than 3 star...

We stayed at Hotel La Darsena for 3 nights. A charming place with modern bathrooms and immaculate rooms. A good value with a helpful staff. Maria was always pointing us in the right direction. Tiziano and Ezio really take pride in their hotel and work hard to make sure you're having a good stay. The rooms are comfortable if a...

This was our first visit to this area. The hotel is in a lovely quiet area with amazing views over the lake. Very nice rooms and excellent service from very friendly staff. We stayed there two nights and ate in the restaurant at the hotel, incredible food!

Everything about this hotel is amazing! The rooms are spacious, current, modern, updated, with lots of light. The views are jaw-dropping amazing both in your room and in the restaurant!!! We had an attic room with gorgeous skylights, and a giant tub for soaking! The bed was very comfortable and the TV offered many services/channels in multiple languages. If you...
