It was like approaching the gates of hell, as our taxi dropped us at the Ano Kampos hotel. To even call it a 'hotel' is cringe-worthy, as by their very nature, a hotel is a place that you are typically welcomed as a guest. Our welcome, comprised an agitated, sneering woman, who spoke no English at all. After a battle... More

We spent 13 nights on Ano Kampos hotel. We loved every single one of them. The hotel is a family run hotel with roughly 45 beds in spacious and clean rooms. Towels and sheets would be replaced daily (except for Sundays - Room cleaning never on Sundays in Rhodes 😀) we stayed on 3rd floor with a spectacular view but... More

Visited ano Kampos 03/08/2016 - 10/08/2016 with my partner and to be honest we didn't really spend much time in the hotel but arrived early morning to be welcomed by headman Peter, spoke a few times and seems a nice genuine man. Didn't eat in the hotel due to having family in a different hotel so we ate out. All... More

We visited this hotel at the end of May 2016 and were received with a warm welcome by headman Peter. He was very helpful throughout our whole stay as he solved all our queries about transport, the location and other things too. He was very bubbly and very easy to talk to. Me and my partner enjoyed the pool, which... More

This was the first time we have ever returned to a hotel for a second visit and we received a great welcome. Peter, the head man is just fantastic but so are the rest of the family that are involved here. A 15 minute walk to the two closest beaches and 25 minutes walk down hill into Falaraki but take... Hotel is ok, room are clean. But there are ants, so if you put some food on a table, you will have them in your room. The breakfast is very poor. Everyday the same and if you come around 9 (breakfast is from 7.30 till 10) you will not find toast bread... For the breakfast you have some poor quality... More

Reasonable for the price...Clean and large uncomfortable beds and cushion:) But very nice place to spend just a night ... Famil business. They are so kind.In a very quiet neighbourhood. 20 minutes away from center. I suggest this hotel for budget lovers.

If you do not have a high budget, then this hotel is more than OK for the travellers. 20 minutes away from the center of Rhodos by car. Its a very nice and simple hotel for people who don't want to live in the big villages with thousands of tourits. Nice quiet landscape and very clean, big and comfortable rooms. I would recommend to lend a scooter for about 15 euros a day to visit the whole isle and to get to the beach.
