The woman running the place was so nice and sweet. She helped me with my Greek. The beds were comfy and the room was very well kept. The balconies were beautiful and so was the view! Breakfast was always delicious as well and it was next to a really well done resturaunt and a gelato store!

We spent 4 nights in a room with private balcony overlooking the caldera. The hotel is in the best location and even if you don't get a room with a view the cafe/breakfast bar has even better views. Our room was under the cafe and a bit noisy but manageable. Our host Christina was just fabulous. Forget staying in Oia...

We are currently on the last day of our stay at Hotel Galini, a family-run hotel in Firostefani. I must say that our stay has exceeded all my expectations! Fantastic view from hotel grounds and our room balcony (Room 115, private balcony -- thank you, Christina!). Based on all the reviews I've read, this room is supposedly the best in...

I'm more than happy with my choice and most definitely will consider Galini when we go back. The Staff is amazingly helpful (especially the young lady and the gentlemen with white hair). Make sure you ask their advice before going out. The view is awesome. I could watch the sunset from my balcony every day. Hotel is clean and neat....

After booking Online I had great communication with Christina about our arrival and airport transfer and car rental. She can also help with reservations which you will need if you want good seating at restaurants for sunset. We arrived late at 11:30 pm and the reception desk closes at 10pm. But her father it's a family run hotel) stayed there...

My girlfriend and I stayed at the Hotel Galini between 17th and 24th of September. We booked on line and the communication with the Cristina was fantastic, and so easy to arrange. Following our arrival at 11:00 PM we were greeted and show to our room and what a room it was. It was beautifully clean, a gorgeous bed, stunning...

Lovely hotel, good location, great welcome, excellent food, very helpful reception. BUT don't stay in the "cave style" room - it smells damp and has a tiny window opening onto a stairwell. Very poor value - this should be a store cupboard not a hotel room.

The receptionist was organised and thorough - the breakfast was really good and the hotel is on the edge of the main town so you can walk in but escape the madness. It was quiet. We wish we had been able to get a room with a view - the views are exceptional. Our "cave-style" room smelt a little damp...

Beautiful location and view. There are obviously different rooms with different amenities, so make sure you book what you're looking for. We booked a caldera view, which turned out to not only have a perfect view of the sunset, but you could even view it from the shower! The sunset was even better sitting on our balcony than the traditional...

There is breakfast with the rooms, and it seems simple. However, there is more than enough to eat, and it is all very good food. The rooms were quiet with an amazing view, and it is easily one of the most spacious hotels in Europe. The hostess was extremely nice, and overall, this place is spectacular. Definitely recommend for a...
