What’s good -
Excellent view of Caldera….Fantastic Sunset….
Rooms were neat & clean. Room heating was a blessing considering winter chill.
Breakfast was Tasty (but no options)
Staff is very polite & helpful.

What’s not so great –
The tasty breakfast becomes repetitive as there were no options.
Shower area in bathroom needs to have a curtain to avoid water spilling everywhere.

Overall – Excellent Choice.

My partner and I stayed here for 5 nights and we could not fault it. The perfect location with a breathtaking view from our terrace just outside our room. Rooms were modern and cleaned daily to a great standard and breakfast served on our terrace every morning ( which may I add, was also to a high standard). All the staff were friendly and accommodating. We cannot recommend this cute boutique hotel enough! Quiet and so romantic!

We will definitely be back! A must if visiting !

The position of the hotel is ideal, on the edge of the caldera but still there are not many stairs to go down, a few hundred meters from restaurants and a supermarket and with a very large parking lot nearby, and Fira is only a 15-minute leisurely walk away. The staff was very kind, the ladies who provided cleaning and breakfast always with a smile on their face and a warm greeting.
The room is spacious enough, with a large bathroom, with good shower pressure and very fast water flow, smart TV, wardrobe, silent refrigerator and coffee maker. Since it was off-season, I did not use the air conditioning. The wifi signal was very good. The rich breakfast, even if it was the same every day, gave us the necessary energy to start the day, being served on the terrace in front of the room with an unforgettable view.
We recommend this accommodation location and we would always return there!

My wife and I stayed here 7 nights in May. Both Bec (sp) and Yiota (sp) were excellent in assisting our needs around the island. They made us feel at home. What made the stay even more enjoyable was the service from the staff (Maria and her husband) our room was immaculate and breakfast was served just outside our room.

Very clean, comfortable, cliff-side boutique hotel, local family-owned with a spectacular caldera view of the daily sunsets from the communal hot-tub or comfortable sofas on the terrace. Easily accessible from the nearby (150m) public parking and with only a dozen steps down to hotel level. Continental breakfast available and a short walk to many excellent dining options in Firostefani and Fira. Good, fast complementary wifi connection throughout. Airport transfer available upon request for an extra charge.

Amazing location, good size rooms, modern bathroom and amenities provided.
We enjoyed having slippers provided as the floor can be chilly at night to walk on.
Lovely to wake up and have your own table and chairs outside your room.
Plenty of sofas to relax on and look at the stunning view.
Jacuzzi was a lovely addition, and most of the time felt like we had the place to ourselves.
The room was noisy at night, the fridge or water system would make noises each hour, but it wasn’t a deal breaker.
You could have breakfast outside your room or in little bar area near reception.
Breakfast is Greek yogurt, apple, egg, toast, cake and cheese & ham toastie. Coffee & juice etc. very filling.
Staff are helpful and allowed us to store luggage as we had a later departure.
Room was ready at 1pm for check in which was great.
All in all a very relaxing and enjoyable stay and we will definitely be back.
*
Only improvements could be are to add some granola and other fresh fruit at breakfast, and offer lattes etc not just filter coffee.
Also, rooms are so dark as unless you have door open (for everyone to look in) so you need lights on. However we were only in our room to sleep so no real issue.
Also, emails enquiries take a long time to be answered, we had to resend quite a bit before having a response.

First the good things -
1) Wonderful housekeeping staff , very polite and accommodating. If it wasn’t for them I would have rated this place a 2
2) great views from patio . Phenomenal
3) Clean for the most part (read the negatives below)

Bad stuff
1) they told us toilet paper doesn’t work for our plumbing so clean and throw in the small trash can . This sounded filthy to us so we used water but there was no setup for that so we did bottles and filled from tub . Just crazy
2) leaky sink see pic
3) plumbing thst leaked
4) useless lights from devices inside the room , could easily be covered up
5) no bar , no restaurant and no music to make a pleasurable experience sitting on patio
6) useless front office staff . Never picked up phone and no good advice on where to go and what to do .
7) no drinking water do we bought our own . Not that big of a deal since water is cheap in Greece .

This staff at this hotel make it a pleasant stay. It is a family run hotel and they really treat each guest like family. The rooms have the most incredible view of the caldera and each guest room has space on the terrace to take in the view at any time of day, including the sunset views.

Stayed for 3 nights. Rooms were sufficient, who is really in Santorini to stay inside? The views are beautiful and breakfast was plentiful. We stayed during off peak season so it was a bit of a walk to find open restaurants. Even so I would stay here again.

Hi, it could be as I know that this is not their peak season. we didn’t use a hotel transfer and instead got the bus to Fira, there is a big bus station where you can then get a bus to firostefani which is where sunset is. Bus stop is a 6 minute walk to the hotel. Hope this helps

There is a bus stop near the hotel (we never used it); however, we found it convenient to simply walk down the main road (down hill) to the main bus station (20 to 25 minutes) where all busses on the island originate.

There are no long lounge chairs, only chairs and couches. The balcony is also shared, it is not private. The WiFi connection from our room was terrible, constantly cutting in and out so depends which room you get.
