Booked the ground floor Apartment. This nice big 2 room suite for 4 people was very clean, perfectly maintained, and had many nice features.
Hotel location was ideal - close to everything but not so busy as Fira and cheaper than hotels a few feet away on the caldera.
Staff was excellent - assisting us with transportation arrangements, restaurant suggestions, and baggage storage.

Comfortable bed, nice pillows, and a balcony overlooking the sea. Very clean room.

The room had everything we needed, and was clean. The owner was helpful and friendly.

The owner recommended us to Romantica Tavern which was just across the road, and we went there for all our dinner because the food was perfect

Friendly and helpful staff who gave me useful suggestions for excursions, transport and restaurants. Simple, comfortable and clean room, with kettle for coffee or tea. Nice to see the sunrise form the small terrace, drinking the first coffee of the day. The hotel is in the centre of Firostefani; it doesn't have any room with a view on the caldera, but one minute away you are immediately faced with the enchanting panorama

Well, you get what you pay for. And here, that's a very cheap room on a very expensive island.

I booked a private room with balcony based on the hotel description, which is a little misleading. The "view" is not the famous caldera view, but rather a distant view of the ocean on the other side of the island looking beyond the ugly main road.

The room itself feels a little cramped, but not uncomfortable. The bathroom is minuscule, with the shower and toilet squished together side by side. The bed was large, a little hard, but also not uncomfortable. They could do away with the dated nine-inch TV, I doubt anyone could watch it. All the furnishings and appliances are also very dated and could use a renovation. But again, for a budget hotel, not bad.

What I could not deal with was the noise. I chose to stay in Firastefani to avoid the hubbub of Thira town. But from 5am until 10pm, there is non-stop noise from the traffic outside. Motorcycle engines, car horns, trash trucks... The assault on your ears is endless. Luckily at night it dies down a bit so you can sleep, but you'll be woken early.

All the reviews about the friendly staff are spot on. Breakfast is also quite good. The location next to the bus stop and not far from the caldera walk is great for getting around the island (but not so much for sleeping, as I have already said). The free transport to/from the airport and port was a major plus.

. I would definitely not recommend a stay here for a couple or family looking for a peaceful island getaway. This is not the place to go if you want to just stay in your room and lounge. If you're looking for the famous Santorini sunset experience, you're going to have to pay a lot more to stay in a boutique caldera hotel. But if all you need is a cheap , no-frills place to rest your head and keep your stuff while you go around exploring the island, this is a decent budget option. It's a good value for what you pay.

This villa offer basic stay with no breakfast but its location cannot be faulted. Perfect location: bus stops right in front of the villa. The market is just behind it, and the spuvenir shop, restaurant taverns are just as the same row as the market. The view... breathtaking. Worth every penny. I will definitely stay again.

Villa Fotini is the perfect spot to stay when visiting Santorini. The apartment that we stayed in is spacious and air conditioned. Within easy walking to the Caldera, Fira and the Blue Dome. Many restaurants surround the Villa and a path runs from the Villa to Fira, or, you can follow the Caldera path to Fira. There is a bus stop nearby to Imervigolli and Oia. Maria and her family are beautiful and we are always sad to say goodbye. I can highly recommend this family run accomodation.

Location, staff, value, cleanliness.... all well above average. Wireless internet had good speed, I was able to look in on my business in Australia via CCTV with ease. Although it did not have the views as some of the other places (we had friends staying at Dana Villas and Blue Dolphin), you only had to walk one minute and you were there amongst the dozens of cafes with the views.

This hotel is not adequate if you are planning on staying in and using the pool, but it is great if all you are looking for is a place to spend the night that's secure and decent. The bus stops right upfront the hotel so it makes it very convenient. They offer tours and Maria is amazing! She is absolutely sweet and very helpful. The shower wasn't all that great but the room was spacious.

We stayed here because a fellow traveller from Tripadvisor said it was good -- and it was! Marie's brother picked us up at the port and brought us to the hotel. Marie greeted us and showed us the room, which was great. Our primary requirement for any room is that is be clean, and this one certainly was. There was a frig and a balcony. The view was pretty good from the balcony; we could see the west coast from one side and the east coast of Santorini on the other. They also had a roof deck with a swinging love seat and a couple of benches, and an even better view.

We were literally steps from the edge of the caldera and all the fine restaurants and sights. Right across the street was a bus stop, which we used to go to Oia and Akrotiri. they did not have a swimming pool, but we could use the one across the street, and it was great.

Stay here! You'll love it!

Uncertain about all the rooms but ours had been done up since we last were there in 2016. We were picked up and dropped off at the airport.
