We are in a quiet area of Adamas, called Perivolia, on a hill facing the gulf. Our building is amongst fields and scattered buildings away from our land of 4000 sq.m, where you may enjoy a planted garden, own parking, and playgrounds. You may easily reach the center of Adamas, with its port, shops and restaurants, gas station and other services. Adamas is 3-minute away by car. This also implies you may comfortably reach all beaches and places of interest of Milos. We have 12 double rooms, 2 triple rooms and 1 family room of which nine face the gulf and the remaining our garden. Each room is equipped with all comforts, including own bathroom, fridge, A/C, free Wi-Fi, and a kettle. On request, we serve a rich breakfast in a proper area, outside in the garden over a terrace. Daily service and linen change every three days. Konstantinos welcome you to Milos for a relaxing vacation!

I’ve been coming to Greece for the last 7 years and have in fact been to the Greek islands for 14 of the last 20 years.. Let me start my by saying Milos is a wonderful island, recently voted as the best in Europe ( but keep that one to yourself... don’t want those hideous corporate hotel groups destroying it like they’ve done with so many other Greek islands ( Rhodes. Crete, Mykonos and Santorini to name a few) Milos boasts some of the best beaches in the Aegean and for my third visit to this island, I booked myself a two night stay in Kostantinos. The rooms are lovely, clean and very modern. The air conditioning is very powerful ( a must in the hot summer season) and the bed nice and big and very comfortable. Kostantinos’ parents were very attentive and willing to help with any queries I had as is generally the norm in these excellent family run places. It doesn’t quite get 5 stars from me simply because of its distance to Adamas, the port. It’s perfect IF you have transport, a car or a motorcycle but the 25/30 min walk EACH WAY for solo travellers like me without a car, became a little bit of a chore. Don’t let that put you off! It’s a lovely place, just make sure you have your own transport!

We had a great stay at Konstantinos. We rented a car and found the hotel's location to be very convenient for getting around all over the island. The hotel itself is simple, clean, quiet and comfortable. We were on the ground floor and enjoyed sitting out on our room's patio overlooking the garden. Costas and the other hotel staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful as well.

Costas and his father are very friendly hosts, they will gladly help you for any kind of matters ! The accommodation is really stylish and spacious with a wonderful sea view ! Location is also perfect: 10/15 minutes by foot to join Adamas city center and an excellent tavern just right the corner ! We definitely recommend this apartment for your stay in Milos island !

Stayed here for 2 weeks in September. Costas arranged for us to be collected from the airport. Costas and his parents were delightful and always ready to help or answer questions. The apartment was beautifully clean and the bed very comfy, good hot shower. Clean towels and sheets every day. We had a sea view apartment with a lovely view of the coast line, good sized veranda to sit on and enjoy the view. Breakfast was fresh and there was plenty of choice - really good. Quiet location, car hire is an option, however we walked in to Adamas and took the buses around the Island. We would definitely recommend staying here, excellent hosts and the apartments were quiet and immaculate.
