The original hotel we booked for Milos double booked us. After a horrible morning we got in touch with Moschoula who kindly went above and beyond to accommodate us in 2 of her multiple locations. We stayed in the Apartments in Plaka (very convenient in the heart of town) and then the Windmill Villas. Where do I begin... No details were spared when it came to the design of these villas. Old world meets the new modern comfort and all traditions were kept alive in this magical space. From the comforts of wifi/ac/safe/digital-tv, rain shower, fully equipped kitchen to manicured gardens, exotic animal farm and an open view of the sunset to die for. The Windmill is located in a quite remote area which make your stay super relaxing. The open landscape gives you a 360 degree view of the surrounding area. The sunset view is a dream. (Don’t let the drive discourage you, upon arrival you will be so happy of the oasis you will discover at the Mills) Prime location for an unforgettable honeymoon and comfortable enough to host a big family. The hospitality and customer service by Moschoula has been by far remarkable. …
We stayed 4 nights in the hotel. The host was really nice and helpfull, the room really clean. Every details of the decoration is nice. I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely come back. Séjour parfait. Hôte très accueillante et serviable. Je recommande et reviendrais sûrement dans cet hôtel.
I stayed at Moschoula with my family and I can say that it was for sure a very unpleasant stay. We came from our country with the belief that greek people are kind and friendly but in this hotel we encountered exactly the oposite. Everyone was rude, cold and everything but helpful. There was no hot water to shower and the towels that brought us were dirty (they only changed them twice during our one week stay). We were supposed to stay longer but we changed our mind and left earlier. I am very dissapointed. Milos is a nice island with wonderful beaches! Don't waste it staying at an onscene place like this
We loved our stay at Moschoula's. She was the perfect host, picking us up from the port and being extremely cordial throughout our stay. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed in terms of amenities. The yard/pool area was absolutely beautiful, and Moschoula served breakfast every morning which included coffee, juices, and a variety of pastries. She gave us great tips on how to get around. We wish the linens were a bit thicker since most of the time I felt like I was sleeping on a naked mattress. Also, I wish the pillows were fluffier. Other than, everything was great! The location was very central and within walking distance of the main port. We took a bus ride to Sarakiniko beach (gorgeous!), and walked to the port every day either to eat or to hop on one of the many excursions available. We walked back to the port on our last day since it was only a 5-10-minute walk.…
one of the worst "hotel" i have seen in my entirely life. There was not hot water to take a shower for days and the owners are very unfriendly and inhuman. Also, there is no security and the rooms are accessible to anyone from the road to jump in, as happened in our case where a man jumped in the room from the window in the middle of the night. Our accommodation there ruined our holidays. Just avoid it!!
