Visited Aphrodite of Milos during the busy month of August. I chose this place as the options in Milos during August are quite limited. The place was clean and was walking distance from the port and steps away from the beach, so in that sense it's pretty good. However, don't expect any extra amenities as this is a bare bone...

Nikolos greeted us - a wonderful man, spoke in detail about the attractions of the island that is worth a look, to see, where to eat, where to go and swim. Incredibly friendly people. Comfortable family apartments or apartments for a group of friends. Large spacious rooms are air conditioned. There are all necessary for the life of the family....

We made an online booking for apartment. We arrived early and the proprietors sister greeted us an offered us some complimentary breakfast. She was very helpful by giving us useful travel advice around Milos and even got us a very good deal for a car rental. In addition to this, she provided us a beach umbrella. The proprietor himself is very...

This hotel is close to beach and five minutes walk to the port town. We stayed in a 2 bed apartment which for 50 euros a night for four of us was fabulous value. We were on ground floor with two twin rooms that had doors opening onto small terrace, lounge with tv and kitchen with large fridge, rather old...
