We totally loved our recent stay at Sables d'Ocre - our room, the lush and beautiful grounds and pool, the helpful and friendly staff, the great location. From the moment we arrived until our late departure, this haven was a treasure for us. Our double room was spacious, well equipped and quiet, with a nice balcony overlooking the beautiful garden and...

I planned my trip only 10 days in advance. Searching on the internet and reading some reviews made me book 3 nights in this hotel. I had a warm welcome by the staff and had a very nice stay. I very much enjoyed the beautiful garden and pool. The ideal place to just unwind. The village is worth a visit...

I am still not certain how I was able to book this hotel just a day before arriving in July 2012... On the initial drive in during my first trip to Provence, I was not sure if I had chosen the right place. The road selected by the GPS did not seem like the Provence I had in my mind,...

Very nice clean hotel in a good location (only 10 mins from Roussillon). Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel also had a very nice pool and a nice large garden. The only problem we encountered was the wifi; it did not work at first but after 6 hours it started working and was very good. Nice hotel, would...

We had a one night stay this past fall and were pleasantly surprised. The rooms were very spacious compared to many. Very clean and bright. We arrived past dinner time and were starving. They let us dine after hours and the meal was fabulous. The steak and duck were delicious and the sides were also great. We relaxed with wine...

We found this hotel whilst visiting Roussillon - en Provence. We did not have a reservation but were lucky enough to obtain a room for 1 night. Our room was spotless with a small balcony overlooking landscape gardens. The bed was really comfortable and the duvet was just the right tog for the heat, something other hotels failed to do...

This hotel appears as a 2 star on a lot of listings and 3 star on others. And this is where the problem lies, because this delightful hotel punches well above its weight so ignore the official star ratings. Our expectations were well surpassed on our 4 night stay. The facilities are very good, with well appointed very clean rooms...

We were made to feel like welcome guests the minute we stepped into this hotel as the owner greeted us. Our room and bath were spotless, modern and nicely furnished. Our room's little balcony overlooked the pool and garden where "moon lights" lit the area as night fell. The location is just outside the old town of Roussillon, about a...

On a walking holiday in the Luberon we spent 2 nights at the Hotel Les Sables d'Ocre in Rousillon. Apart from the weather which was not brilliant we thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the food was wonderful and all the staff were excellent. The village is quite delightful and well worth a visit. Highly Recommended
