We stayed here after a root canal in Panama City, and it was just what we needed. The place is beautifully decorated and maintained, with fresh flowers, towel art, stained glass, metalwork, and a wonderful garden. We took advantage of the free bicycles to explore...More
I stayed in about 10 hotels all over Panama and this one really, stood out!

We stayed here for two days and were delighted by the friendliness of the staff, the great restaurant for breakfast, the warm decor, and the convenient location. The hot water could have been more reliable, but for the price, this is a great find.

As I recall the web site, when it was working, did not really help much. We called them directly to make a reservation. There were 3 adults and we had a room that was basically 2 rooms, one with a queen size bed and one with a twin/double, along with a bathroom. Plenty of room for 3 adults.
The hotel was close to the market and there were several restaurants within walking distance too,

When we were there this past week we met the owner whose name is Mario and who has lived in the States and speaks perfect English. I would reach out to him directly at the hotel and inquire. Although we didn't see any service dogs, it's likely that it isn't a problem. Most of the hotel (like most buildings in Panama) is made of concrete and tile so any issues with animals I would assume to be at a minimal.
