We were very disappointed by the facility. In the first night the shower didn't work. We complied about that on the next day and got after a while a other room with a working shower. We told the receptionist, that we expect a discount for our discomfort in the passed night. The lady told us to ask the manager. Later...

We stayed here for 3 nights and really loved the villa, it was spacious and very well kept. I, however, had a problem with the aroma therapy scent in our villa. It was overpowering. We found the scent sticks and put them on the deck which helped a lot. There is also a disco across the street that threw a big...

Esencia is a very nice and beautifull place, equipied with all the comfort elements you could expect, including a nice staff doing a good job...So what could justify such a por notation? La buya, my friend..., it means the noise in spanish. If you haven't remarked, the hotel is situated in front of the only discoteca in Santa Teresa. And...

Me and my family spent ten days at this lovely place. We are a family of four with two kids,3 and 6 years old. We stayed in a villa and it was clean with enough room for all of us. The kitchen was okey not perfect since it missed out of enough supplies like pots and turner. The pool was...

The villas very nice inside, spacious with private balcony. However, power outlets didn't work for one night, but fixed the next day. The bed sheets were stained, and the bathroom floors were full of dirt after the housekeepers cleaned. Also the housekeepers didn't knock before entering for both mornings we were there. Not very satisfied overall.

Stayed here a few nights before moving to the beach. Cabanas are sweet! Small kitchen, decent sized bath, super comfortable bed, nice little porch, and a hammock in front. Located near the center of Santa Teresa across from one of the main beach accesses and a few blocks from the grocery store. Very functional. Outdoor showers to rinse off the...

Esencia is greatly placed across the road and a short walk from the path to the beach and very close to restaurants, cafes, and shops. It is also right in front of the local disco La Lora Amarilla. It is built on a steep hill, stand alone casitas at the bottom, pool, tiny restaurant and massage area on a small...

Very good cabana, in a beautiful garden. The kitchen didn't have all the items needed to cook, and a pan was very damaged. The only downside is the fact that is located in front of a discoteque and during the night is a bit noisy.

Monkeys pass by the hotel every day, gorgeous beach and the are many activities to do. We visite the Montezuma waterfalls, those are nice...

My boyfriend I stayed here in the pool view room for 4 nights. Room was very clean with large bed and AC. Located right across the street from beach access. Very friendly and helpful staff, brought breakfast right to our room in the morning :) Only downside was the hotel was located at the far end of the beach from...
