We first only wanted to stay for 3 nights in Andrea's wooden cabin, but we ended up staying for nearly 2 weeks. It is a very relaxed place with amazing people. The beach is just a few steps away and Valentina offers excellent in house Yoga classes. The cabins and the shared kitchen are super clean and the hammocks and...

Lovely rooms with a lot of hammocks. The owner offers Yoga classes and the best thing are the atmosphere. Great people and discussion with other surfers who lives here. Thanks for one of the best days in Costa Rica. You need nothing more in live to be happy.

Nice place with a really good vibe. Super close to the beach like three min walk wher you can see monkeys on your way to the morning session. 🙉 Valentina and Andrea is really good hosts and wil go a long way to make your stay great. And they have the coolest kid running around and spreading joy. My plan...

I was supposed to stay at Tropical Pasta for 3nights and stayed for 5 weeks! :) Valentina & Andrea are the best host you can have, all "problems" I had, they helped me solve. If you love anything from: surf, nature, chill, friendly people, yoga, good food then Santa Teresa is the place to be AND Tropical Pasta is the...

This magnificent compound was so inviting, made you feel like you were in the Costa Rican jungle and only a 3 minute walk to the beach! What else can you ask for? My girlfriend and I rented the bungalo with the private bathroom and we were very impressed by the cleanliness. Andrea and Valentina are incredibly approachable and helpful which...

Wow, was blown away by this place. Firstly Andrea and Valentina made such great hosts and I felt welcome immediately. The private room (there are no dorms) was as expected and had a shared bathroom which was always clean down the hall. Great common area where there is free wifi and a kitchen with stove, fridges, cooking utensils and crockery...

I booked this hostel 2hrs before my arrival in Santa Teresa. When I arrived I was pleasantly surprised to know that in that short turn around they were ready for me to check in. The property was exactly as described, look and feel, chill, welcoming and cozy. I started by booking 2 nights, just incase I wanted to move else...

This hostel is a great place to relax. 4 minutes from the beach. Owner very helpful and always at hand. Despite the large number of mosquitoes and insects in the room all repelents were purchased from the owner. I had a double room even though I traveled solo. Showers and bathrooms very clean and cleaned every day. People in the...

No reception, trouble with de payment, bugs everywhere in the room and ants in the bed. Construction on the site so there was only a small common area with bad WIFI. We were only there for 5 minutes before we decided to leave and they still made us pay the first night.. I really don't recommend the place!

This cute little place offers private rooms with double mattresses at dorm prices. The Italian family that live own and operate this hostel are super helpful. I was sick as a dog when I was here and they were very helpful with booking busses for us and giving us local info of where to book where not to get ripped...
