Fuego Lodge was the perfect place for our 3-week holiday. My husband, myself, and our 16-month-old daughter could not have asked for more!! From the clean, bright, spacious rooms, to the shaded pool and well-planned landscaping and common patio area. Barbara, Itay, and the entire Fuego Lodge staff area all so wonderful and added much to the positive energy and...

seriously, there is no reason not to stay at Fuego lodge. This was our first time to Costa Rica, and we are definitely coming back, and will try to stay here everytime! Clean, modern accomodations, great pool, and super friendly and attentive owners.

We found Fuego Lodge after reading reviews on TripAdvisor and were very happy with our choice. We stayed for almost two weeks in the Santa Teresa / Mal Pais area and tried three places while there (Fuego Lodge, Vista de Olas and Hotel Oasis). I would recommend all of them. We were travelling with our six month old and Barbara...

Barbara and Itay--and their beautiful daughters, Sophie and Eden--created an incredible experience for me and my two kids. It was our first time as a family to Costa Rica and we felt at home as soon as we arrived. The property is 'muy tranquilo' and beautiful (everything is comfortable, strong A/C, strong wifi, very clean.) The pool is so relaxing....

This is a great quaint hotel in Santa Teresa. All of the rooms surround the pool, the A/C worked very well and the water pressure/hot water was very good. Barbara, the owner, is fantastic and very helpful with anything you need. We had the whole hotel for a wedding party and everything was so much fun.

A must if you are going to Santa Teresa. Nothing but good things to say about Fuego. Rooms are quiet, pool is clean, location is perfect and attention is exceptional. I have been there many times in the last few years and hoping I can go again for my next vacation.

Wonderfully kept, quaint setting in Santa Teresa. The host and hostess are accommodating....absolutely beautiful place. Close to many restaurants, walking distance to beach. The owners were able to arrange transportation and were helpful in recommending surfing points, activities, excursions, transportation. A must!
