It is a nice hotel with perfect facilities. The shuttle bus service from Shanghai to Qiandao Lake is quite good and generally takes about 4.5 hours. The food boxes are provided to all passengers taking the shuttle bus. The quality of room service is reasonable....More
I stayed there with my family and Chinese friends and we really liked the environment. The rooms are spacious, with good beds, A/C, cosy balconies and I would recommend lake-view rooms. The outdoor swimmingpool is clean and nice, but there is no service by the...More

10Km from the main road. good location for quiet, far from the town.
Low quality of the food and drinks at the hotel.
Breakfast is low standard.
The interior design and constructional is bad.

Same for the travel from the train station to the hotel. It's a long ride and you will need to book transportation. If you don't have much experience in China, go with the hotel service, might not be the cheapest option, but will definitely save you the headache.
Wish you a great stay in China!
