We stayed for 4 nights in the Dwyka tented lodge accommodation of Sanbona, and were blown away by the whole experience. The lodge itself was beautifully furnished and had an outdoor hot tub and shower area in addition to high quality indoor bathroom and shower area. The lodges are beautifully furnished with plenty of storage, and are about as far...

We stayed in the Tented Lodge for 2 nights and it really didn't disappoint!! We loved the hot tub on the deck and even spotted shooting stars from it in the evening. Our ranger (Yani) was amazing and seemed to truly love his job as he was so passionate and knowledgeable - thank you Yani, you made our honeymoon extra...

We visited Sanbona, this passed weekend and where blown away by the staff, the food and the service we received during our visit. We stayed at the Tilney Manor and WOW, excellent accommodation and lodge set up. We have both been on safari in Kruger and Sabi and I work in the travel industry and had high expectations regarding game...

We have stayed at Gondwana several times and have not been disappointed. An easy drive from Cape Town (rather than the long trek to other parts of SA to get into the bush!), and the highlight is that the animals are free-roaming over 50000+ hectares - no bomas and pens here to keep them separate. A truly wild experience, with...

I loved my time at Tilney Manor - the game drives were great fun and the ranger (Alvin) was a wealth of knowledge. Karen and the Tilney Team catered for all your needs and provided a relaxed yet welcoming environment in which to unwind. I cannot wait to return - I highly recommend this Manor (AAA+). Highly recommend staying here if you want luxury, personal service, good food, friendly professional staff and the most beautiful scenery. There are 2 game drives included each day and...

We drove from Capetown (3-4 hours depending how long you stop in wine country on the way!) with friends for a special birthday experience and stayed three nights at Tilney Manor. Everything about this safari trip exceeded our expectations. The beautifully appointed rooms, the welcoming staff, the animal encounters, the safari drivers, the food. In three nights we managed six...

This was our third visit to Sanbona - it is now an annual trip for us, and it felt like coming home. We stayed at Tilney Lodge and loved every minute of our experience. The staff and service are impeccable. The meals are well prepared and very generous. We were so lucky with our game viewing, and a massive thanks...

We traveled to Capetown SA Dec 26 –Jan 6. My husband could not stay for the safari part of our trip, so I was with my family and friends. We are all adults, but I will say that the grounds are kid friendly. A group of 16 of us stayed at the reserve for three days and we enjoyed every...

We stayed at the Tilney lodge in Sanbona Game reserve during their winter in June for our 1 year wedding anniversary for 4 days. I contacted Sanbona before hand to arrange a special surprise for my husband. They suggested either a romantic meal set up in our room or a boat ride with a lunch with the other guests. I...
