My son was stuck at JFK with no internet and needed a room with a shuttle. I called and spoke with the front desk and booked the room with the very kind front desk woman. The shuttle runs every 1/2 hour upon request. My son was elated at the hotel and room (as it is inexpensive he expected a dump)....

We stayed there for one night as we had a wedding in lawrence. Location not great, but suited our purpose. Staff very friendly, shuttle to airport very efficient. I would recommend this place if you need to be in the area or you have a layover at the airport

Stayed here for a night before flying out of JFK. We were to be picked from JFK and then dropped back at JFK. The pick was delayed by around 20 minutes and the front desk also was not the most polite of the lot at the time of check-in. However, the experience with front desk at the time of check-out...

First of all, let me explain away some of the criticisms I have read about this hotel, which almost made me change my reservation (these complaints are paraphrases): - "it's in a seedy neighbourhood" - where do you live? Beverly Hills? This hotel is conveniently located close to the airport and Long Island Railway and is in a typical NY...

Have stayed at this location numerous times. Sketchy part of town but really not to bad. Limited food places within walking distance especially in the winter. Good thing is that the van drivers will take you anywhere within reason. Convenient to JFK. Rooms are clean. Self serve laundry on the property. This hotel can be very very busy at times...

The hotel was my choice for an overnight connection. I found it to have all that I needed. The Burger King and Popeyes next door was convenient wish there were healthier options though. The hotel was clean and had a small buffet breakfast cereal, fruit, danishes etc. no eggs but it was enough. There was a tray of cakes out...

This hotel is not in the best part of town but it is a short ride to the airport. This hotel has its own shuttle bus and they will pick you up at the airport and take you there too. Saves you money for a cab ride. Just a tip, the pickup is on the departure level, which is two...

We were booked here by Delta after volunteering to give up seats on an oversold flight, and we found it to be a decent hotel, pretty clean, but furnishings showing some age. The neighborhood is not great, with only very limited restaurants within walking distance (but with shuttle service apparently available for restaurants further away). The staff was great very...

I found this to be an attractive hotel, and I enjoyed staying there. We spent two nights there at the end of July, 2016. It's about 4 miles down the road from JFK airport, very easy to get to, and very convenient to the airport. The hallways are attractive, the room was pleasant, the bed was clean, the bathroom was...

5 star customer service from Michael and the counter staff, they did everything possible to help me and make me feel like an old friend. Would recommend to all of my friends and family who needed a place to stay near the Airport.
