My husband and I stayed for about 6 nights and felt right at home. The owner is incredibly competent. She called a tour agency 3-4 times one morning when they were late and forgot us, and even called other agencies to help us book a new one- all without having to ask her at all! The rooms were very clean.... More

Stayed here for new years. Rooms are very simple but clean. The family that owns it lives there and are always around. There are no major amenities or facilities, but their hammocks are very cozy for afternoon naps. Staff was definitely not friendly, but once you're in paradise that is not an issue. Hotel provides shuttle service to/from the airport.... More

We had a very good experience in this pousada. It is located on one of the few roads in good conditions on the island, next to a buggy rental, at walking distance from 2 supermarkets and from one of the best restaurants of FN. It is simple but has all that we need: a large enough room (I recommend to... More

Fernando de Noronha is one of the most beautiful islands in the world. The dives here, are the best and the beaches, incredibles, but with no doubt is all very difficult and expensive in the island. This pousada, Mabuya, is very simple, but clean, quiet, comfortable and with the best location, close to the 2 supermarkets, bakery, restaurants and the... More

We got a cabin that looked out to the main road of the island and all the noises from the traffic and people that comes with it. Also there was a buggy rental and garage next to the pousada and they made a lot of noise during the evening/night. Cabin itself was good and the breakfast was nice. Nobody at... More

With the premis that EVERYTHING on Fernando is expensive Pousada Mabuya is a good value. The rooms and clean and comfortable and the continental breakfast is very good and from a very clean kitchen. Reasonable location right on the local bus route. There are a lot of expensive restaurants close by, but also a small place just around the corner... More

We have stayed one week in the pousada; The rooms are basic but comfortable; breakfast is good; Overall service was OK. For the whole period we stayed, there was no internet (we asked and got a discount in the room rate). In general, Fernando de Noronha is very expensive for the services you get.

My husband and me spent 10 days in pousada Mabuya and have only great things to say about it. It is very quiet pousada on very good location: in the middle of the main road that goes across Fernando de Noronha island, so it is very short drive to all beaches of the island. Island is so small in any... More
