We had the pleasure of staying at Cor da Terra for 6 nights and had the most relaxed and delightful stay. The suites are individually designed with so much to enjoy including fresh flowers along with many beautiful details. We stayed in the Bahia suite which was the perfect place to relax and unwind after spending days on the beach...

We have been to Arraial d'Ajuda many times as it is one of our favorite locations in Brazil but our stay last August at Cor da Terra Pousada-Guest House was the best ever! It is well located in a very calm area, perfect for a peaceful and relaxing holiday yet not too far from the beaches and town. There are...

we have spent two weeks in the Pousada of Bernard and Regine Etienne. The Pousada is romantic and the owners are very friendly and driven by a never ending search for perfectionism. The location is not overlooking the beach (which is a 10 minutes walk away) which makes it very quietly located. Also there are only 4 cabins around the...

We had a wonderful time at the end of our brazil journey. The owners are really friendly and helpful to make our holidays at their little pousada very special and perfect! As we cannot speak portugese and / or french, they tried to explain everything with gesticulation as their english is not that good - and it worked, so the...

my partner and some friends went to stay here as the first leg of our Bahia tour and I have to say it was the most beautiful posada we stayed in the entire trip. Quiet, peaceful, amazing breakfasts, good rooms and plenty of love and kindness from the hosts Bernard & Regina. My only negative would be that we found...

Thank you to Bernard and Regine for going out of their way to make Cor de Terra a home away from home on our honeymoon. Cor de Terra is a beautiful Guest a House. We stayed in the spacious Bali suite which was a treat. During our stay Bernard showed us all all the rooms and the exciting new suites...

Its a very beautiful construction, but the owners are trying to much to show off how extremly good they are (with big signs of their tripadvisor & booking.com ratings and a lot of talk about other achievments). But unfortunately its not so perfect, it misses the "little something" , a relaxed atmosphere. And there are some flaws, first of all...

Cor da Terra is a beautiful hotel where the hosts, Bernard and Regine, will go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect. My husband and I stayed in the Bahia suite for two nights as part of our honeymoon in April, and the only bad thing about our visit was that we couldn't stay longer. Despite arriving...

It was my first time to Bahia but not my wife's (she is Brazilian and her family all hail from Bahia!!) We were on our honeymoon so wanted something romantic, peaceful and out of the way but also close to the beaches and village etc. When we got of the balsa and met Bernard we knew straight away that the...
