The room was ok. Beds were on the hard side. Air conditioning worked well. The pool was without water. Clean enough. The price was reasonable. Wifi only in common area. Service was ok. This could be a great place to stay and may have been at one time. It is in need of updating.

It's cheap. We paid 150$ per man per night. It has a swimming pool. But that is it. The rats were bading in the swimmingpool. There was a scorpion in the room. We saw also a mantis, an agouti, millipedes,... The rooms were very moist and the beds were terrible. Internet didn't work. So, if you like to travel cheap...

If you're headed to Izamal and can find nothing else in your price range, this is good enough. Some blocks of rooms are better kept and more inviting than others. My room fell in the less appealing category, but it was comfortable enough, if lacking in amenities. The one thing you don't want to be without here is air conditioning...

I have 18 years of traveling to and living in Yucatan and I have stayed at a variety of hotels. I am a budget traveler and I usually know what to expect for $30 a night. This is what I got at this hotel: ants in my bed, a pool that, while it had some chlorine in it, I was...

This is a nice quiet little hotel. The downside is that the room smelled of humidity, the furniture is old, lighting is poor. On the good side, it's clean and quiet, very peaceful but still very close to the town's main square and main attractions. The gardens are nice and being a family-owned hotel the staff is kind and you...

We spent a peaceful night in this simple, clean hotel, but unfortunately had to deal with unpleasant problems. We couldn't shower because the plumbing didn't work, the sink was falling, etc., and the making a reservation by phone was a pain because of a clueless employee. The manager was very nice though, and did try and help eventually, but it...

We found this lovely small motel on TripAdvisor and decided to give it a try. For $35 US a night, how could we go wrong. We were not disappointed. The hotel is dated and some of the playground equipment is in disrepair. But the service was excellent, the accommodations met our needs. Best part of it was the large pool...which...

The GreenRiver is a great place to put your feet up and relax by the pool. Izamal is a nice clean town to experiance typical Yucatacan life with tons of mayan history in one spot. The hotel is a good place to make day trips from to many outher archialogical and ecological sites in the Yucatan. The GreenRiver is clean and...
