This is a very nice hotel for its price category. The location is perfect, the staff friendly and helpful, the pool and garden areas very pleasant, and everything is spotless. They offer a breakfast on their terrace, but pay in pesos, as the dollar rates are roughly double! The staff arranged to have out laundry washed and folded for a...

We just went to Izamal for a 1 day visit on our way to Merida and chose the hotel Rinconada Del Convento. It is a lovely place with a nice garden and pool. As the weather was really hot, we spent some relaxing time refreshing in the pool.

This is a great place, clean, secure, friendly...helpful staff. Good breakfast offered at small additional charge. For less than 5.00 they washed folded all my laundry. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. Very quiet after 10:30pm.

This hotel has recently been updated. There are all the touches of a brand new place, such as rain shower and fridge in the room. No safe for valuables though, and no inside double lock. We also missed chairs in the room and bedside lamps. But we appreciated the fan, flat screen TV with all Mexican channels, and air conditioner...

We loved the town of Izamal and this hotel was the perfect place to stay. The room was large and very clean and the staff were super nice and helpful. The hotel had wifi but it was a bit spotty, it would go off and on but we didn't need to be on that much to let it bother us....

This was a very nice hotel with beautiful grounds. It was very clean. It was right across the street from the huge convent. The breakfast cost extra but was good. It's a sit down menu style. The only bad thing i can say is at night they turned off the water so when i woke up i could not take...

We really enjoyed our recent stay in Izamal and Rinconada del Convento. The hotel was lovely, room was very clean and the staff were very friendly. I would advise renting bikes from the hotel and taking a cycle around the town as we did in the morning. It's a great way to see the place.
