Although the staff was nice, my overall impression of this hotel is pretty negative : it looked abandoned, the pool was only half-full, no breakfast, no hot water, no effort in decoration whatsoever. Not good value for money !
Beautiful grounds, relaxing and affordable. The room was clean and nicely decorated. This hotel is very affordable. (Take a Spanish/English dictionary with you.) We enjoyed Izamel and it's yellow buildings and were able to walk everywhere.
