Found our room dated in appearence and feel a make over is needed very soon. Details like chipped tile in bathroom and dirty looking hammock could be easily sorted. The air conditioning in the room was useless and hardly worth putting on. I didn't like that at all and getting ready after a shower I found myself sweating again within...

What can I say? This place is a dream come true. My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights, following an all-inclusive wedding in Playa del Carmen and it was just what the doctor ordered. At first I was a bit fearful of the composting toilet, but that fear was quickly replaced when I realized all the water I...

Really even as beautiful as the beach is in Holbox and it really is breathtaking, the staff was so chaotic and disorganized that doing anything such as getting beach towels, ordering breakfast, getting a drink during the day took a very long time and brought on a lot of frustration on our end. We were told they were out of...

I went with a friend to spend one night in paradise. we got welcomed by a nice French guy who was very welcoming. He took us to our room. The room is very spacious but unfortunately it lacks of "love". The duvets are very very old and worn out, the closet had spider webs and it just didn't look well...

The main area for improvement is the restaurant, there is limited food and it not very good, we gave it a couple of tries but nothing. There aren't enough beach chairs for the guests staying there, so one some days we didn't have space to lay, we just laid on our towels. There is no wifi that I was able...

The cabana was large but lacking chairs and flat surfaces for suitcases. The bed was comfortable and had mosquito netting. The AC was not needed during our visit. I was not familiar with the Eco toilet but was very impressed. The pool was lovely and refreshing but the chairs were very uncomfortable. We rented golf carts to assist with the...

We stayed Villas Delfines for 4 nights in February 2017. We chose that hotel because it was directly on the beach. You can use the long chairs available or either lay directly on the beach. The beach is just amazing and there's almost no one around. The small bungalow is basic but we were satisfied. We were expecting less than...

The good: - The location right on the beach is so nice! I was lucky enough to get a beachfront cabana, and it was so nice to wake up every morning and look out over the sea, or to hang out in the hammock on my balcony in the afternoon between swims. - My room was simple but had everything...

No TV, phone, internet. This place is what Playa del Carmen was 15 years ago. Beaches are beautiful, bring a flash lite, after dark u can get lost, no lighting. Hotel is eco so no flush toilets but it does not smell, we had AC and a mosquito net which was fine. We did not have a problem with mosquitos,...
