Our first stay in our 3-week trip across Yucatan - a perfect place to settle after a long trip to relax. A beautiful setting, right on the beach. We had a great room, bright and very clean, with an en-suite bathroom. The beach of the hotel is small and intimate, with palm trees that provide shade and prevent the feeling...

This little hotel, 25 rooms, is ON THE BEACH. No walking. It is ON THE BEACH. Wonderful staff, the reception staff must speak English and they are so good. Monika, Dante, Anna, are so good. The restaurant staff don't speak English as well. But are very good. Alonzo , Andrea, Kenny are very good. Breakfast , lunch and early dinner...

My husband and I stayed for two nights in mid-November and loved it! This is a boutique hotel directly on the beach and just two blocks to the entry into town. It does have a restaurant that's opened for breakfast and during the day. We found the food there to be very good and well-priced -- try their juices, they...

La Palapa was a quiet and clean budget friendly hotel having a helpful and friendly staff. The views were incredible and food nothing short of perfect. Their Huevos Rancheros and crepes were so delectable! I'd also recommend their 3 island tour which is super cheap. Nice big rooms with adorable bathroom features. I am a magnet for mosquitos and did...

The rooms were not anything special, but we didn't mind because we were only there for one night. The rooms and the grounds were clean, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Please be aware that this is an adults only hotel! I didn't realize this but luckily they were ok with my 15 year old son. It's right...

We went there on an anniversary trip. The hotel has a great location, 3 blocks fron downtown and most importantly, sea front. The beach although little, is pretty clean and the sea in front of it is spectacular. We had great suggestions from the staff regarding tours. They arranged everything for us and it went smoothly. The rooms are well...

This is a an above average, not great, hotel. The room was small but clean and the ac worked. The balcony overlooking the ocean is nice. The staff was very helpful in arranging a whale shark tour and transportation. The hotel beach is comfortable and clean. Wi-fi also worked the entire trip. A generator was installed while I was there...

The hotel is right on their small beach. It felt like a magical little private beach in the shadows of coconut trees. The decor was perfect as a small comfortable Mexican setting. The room was comfortable and charming. You can feel that they put a lot of thoughts into the details. The staff was exceptional, especially Angie, who works at...

We stayed at this hotel the last week of August. It is a very well located hotel toward the center of town and easy walking distance to the many restaurants. The staff is friendly and helpful. The grounds are well kept. The rooms are clean and simple. If you are looking for five star, this is not. We enjoyed our...
